“Fantastic customer service and friendly atmosphere. Avion was so so so incredibly helpful, patient, and accommodating. Highly recommend! He helped us order our new phones but the phones gave us trouble when activating. Avion spent nearly FIVE hours with us while we troubleshooted over the phone with Verizon technical support and didn't give up until we resolved the issue and left with new working phones. I wouldn't recommend sitting in a Verizon for the better part of your afternoon, but if you have to, go to this location and ask for Avion.”

“I just started with PhillyWisper last week. was able to schedule an installation within a day and it was a quick 30 min set up. The team was nice and brought me a router (for $70). The internet has been working flawlessly. My mom has been using their internet service for 10 years and she's never had any issues with it. Whenever verizon or xfinity or whatever other internet provider in our building has issues, PhillyWisper stays strong. $35/month and no installation fee is a steal.”
“Tanisha Robinson is very professional and is an exemplary customer service representative! She is quite knowledgeable about the Xfinity system and gives detailed explanations that are easy to follow! She has a pleasant personality and represents Comcast well! I worked as a customer service representative at Comcast during the early '80s when the company was only in Lower Merion, PA. Tanisha definitely reflects the high level of service that we were trained to demonstrate!”
“It was a very long experience there's only one person there he does everything and it's hard to get it taking care of when you are only one person but he managed and did great . Only thing about this store they need more help and ppl answer the phones as for the guy that helped me and my mom you're great and thanks for all your help”

“I just want to say a shout out to one of your employees at your Verizon store on cottman ave. Any time I have had a problem with my phone Rory has helped me and saved me from getting stressed. She is friendly, pleasant and knows what he’s doing. He is very patience and since I am a senior citizens that’s very important to me”

“After spending one month back-and-forth with T-Mobile by phone I went to the t mobile store at 15th and walnut.To try to get the issue solved . I had transferred a phone number to my phone as a second number, and what I was told ended up not working. Thanks to the sales rep, Jonathan, the issue was finally resolved. He was very persistent and contacted T mobile tech by phone and again, the issue wasn't being resolved , and the t ech could not resolve the problem . Jonathan figured out what the problem was and the issue was resolved. I strongly recommend Jonathan at T-Mobile 15th & Walnut St for his knowledge and persistence and excellent customer service.”
“Store is under new management and the new manager Alfredo is amazing. Went in to upgrade all lines on my account and he listened to what we needed and took care of us with all new phones and some tablets. I do t feel like I was being taken advantage of or pushed into anything. Been in there many times and this was the best visit we had. “Currently metro customer switching plans cause they Wi-Fi sucks even when you just pay your bill however called boost to switch and Carlos got me all straight and square even calmed my anxiety over metro by explaining my services costs of product and plans that I’ll be recording with boost!!!
