“Fantastic customer service and friendly atmosphere. Avion was so so so incredibly helpful, patient, and accommodating. Highly recommend! He helped us order our new phones but the phones gave us trouble when activating. Avion spent nearly FIVE hours with us while we troubleshooted over the phone with Verizon technical support and didn't give up until we resolved the issue and left with new working phones. I wouldn't recommend sitting in a Verizon for the better part of your afternoon, but if you have to, go to this location and ask for Avion.”

I recently visited the Verizon store and had the pleasure of being assisted by Kenyatta. From the moment I walked in, she was warm, professional, and genuinely helpful.
Kenyatta took the time to listen carefully to my needs and explained all my options clearly without any pressure. She was incredibly knowledgeable about the plans, promotions, and technical details, which made my decision-making process so much easier. Her patience and friendly demeanor turned what could have been a stressful visit into a smooth and positive experience.
Thanks to Kenyatta’s expertise and excellent customer service, I was able to resolve my issue quickly and even upgraded my plan with full confidence. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was set up correctly before I left.

“I went in to the Glassboro store today after a very unpleasant visit to the Sicklerville store. The employees at Glassboro especially Steve Griffith made the experience easy. He was professional, knowledgeable and polite. I can’t say enough about how he went out of his way to make sure we were completely set up and satisfied with the results of our phone transfer from Xfinity to T-Mobile. Steve is who you want teaching a master class on customer service. I will tell friends and family to use this store for all your T-Mobile needs.
Please do not go to Sicklerville store, you will be treated badly and rudely dismissed like you are not worth their time even after my second attempt to ask for help with a phone transfer. Poor poor service.”
“After spending one month back-and-forth with T-Mobile by phone I went to the t mobile store at 15th and walnut.To try to get the issue solved . I had transferred a phone number to my phone as a second number, and what I was told ended up not working. Thanks to the sales rep, Jonathan, the issue was finally resolved. He was very persistent and contacted T mobile tech by phone and again, the issue wasn't being resolved , and the t ech could not resolve the problem . Jonathan figured out what the problem was and the issue was resolved. I strongly recommend Jonathan at T-Mobile 15th & Walnut St for his knowledge and persistence and excellent customer service.”

The associate Joaquin Montgomery that helped me & my son was very respectful and extremely helpful. He was very knowledgeable about everything we needed help with and he remained friendly and courteous throughout our entire interaction which took about an hour or so. I was extremely satisfied with the help I received.”
“My daughter and I had a tremendous experience on 5/22/26 at this T-Mobile Store. This is a very complicated story but was resolved with our 110% satisfaction. My daughter needed to switch her Verizon account and added to my T-Mobile account for several reasons. Previously, she was on her daughters Verizon account but it was becoming too expensive and for several other reasons.
We were extremely fortunate to have Lindsi W. as the agent who handled the changeover. Lindsi handled all the roadblocks that prevented that switchover to an additional line to my T-Mobile account. She managed to get in touch with my granddaughter to get the Verizon account number (she was the account holder), and the PIN necessary to do the change. Previously, I tried doing all of this on the phone but was told it was literally impossible to handle without personally visiting a T-Mobile store.
Lindsi spent about 1 1/2 hours making phone calls, getting information, and ultimately completing the changeover from Verizon to T-Mobile. She was extremely patient, very knowledgeable in all the procedures, and kept assuring us that she'd get it done. The customer service we received was amazing in all aspects. Lindsi is a true professional at her job and a very valuable asset to T-Mobile. A big shout-out to T-Mobile and especially to Lindsi for going above and beyond!”

Noah had such patience with her and answered all her questions with kindness. He found the best solution for her by listening to what she had to say. Justin treated her with such warmth and was so courteous to her as well.
