“Amazing customer service. I went there on November 1st. They were closing at night, and they stayed until I got a key copy. They were kind and the key worked very well. And the price was excellent. Two key duplicates for less than 5 dollars. Those key copy machines at the supermarkets charge 10 dollars per key copy and they don't work when you have an original key!!!!!”
“I've been coming here for years and they always have what I need (for a great price too). Recently I needed new stems for my old Crane shower faucet. I didn't think I would find it anywhere but sure enough they had it. Highly recommend! Inventory, price, knowledge. They have it all!”

“Not sure if it's just me but I feel since the pandemic Customer Service most anywhere is just so different. Even when you purchase something that is under a year old, and it is still under warranty the hoops one has to jump through is ridiculous. I don't get easily impressed anymore because my experience as of a year ago was not even satisfactory . Ellen from Hesco Lighting however gave me a glimmer of hope- I had an issue with a purchase, ( it was the product itself) . She didn't ignore my phone calls, she got back to me in a timely manner, She referred me to the right people to get the job done- I mean this woman bent over backwards for me and I really appreciated it. Good Customer service these days is a gift~ Thank you Ellen for being my contact person- you are a blessing to boss/bosses- :) I hope they realize how valuable and rare you are~~”

“Great job, guys! Their team knows their stuff. Ken was the person who assisted me. I came in looking for 2 slide dimmer switch on a single gang. Not the most popular item, but I knew if one existed, they'd have it. Ken was able to find one, but was in their Philly warehouse. He had it to me the next morning. Exactly what I needed and it works great! The shop appears to be small. It's not your Ace Hardware or Home Depot type place. More for electricians who want personalized service as opposed to searching through a big box store.”

Anything and everything I wanted was right there I didn’t have to go from store to store to store so whenever you need anything for the home or the yard go to Home Depot there with us.”

“HIGHLY Recommend! My 3 sons and I have attended the kids workshops at this location for the past several months. Joe and his team have done a phenomenal job cultivating the perfect environment. I am beyond grateful for how intentional, organized, and engaging each session has been. We are always greeted with smiles. Volunteers walk around to assist as needed. All materials are provided. Tables and tools are all set up. Everything is free, including the orange aprons just for the kids. Mr. Joe has been a great help to me and my boys and we are so grateful for this tradition.
