“Absolutely amazing stress free experience purchasing a dining table set from here. Randee was amazing and personable and made everything so easy for me. My table, chairs and bench were delivered on time and look exactly like they did in store. I had a horrible and deceiving prior experience at another store and Raymour and Flanigan rescued me. I will never buy furniture anywhere else and my set is absolutely beautiful. I’m obsessed.”

“I want to say I been rocking with Raymour & Flanagan since 2018, and since I’ve always had wonderful experiences. It started in Woodbridge with Retinella- who I absolutely adore!! And now here at this store in Lawrenceville, NJ with Basil!! From the moment I walked in the store until the moment I sat down on my new furniture, has been nothing short of amazing. I had no idea of what I wanted, but I knew that I wanted my furniture to be inexpensive, but nice. You live once and you should enjoy your life. If you’re looking for an experience where you are treated like a Family Member then you need to go here and tell them I sent you!”

“the Love I have for this place is like no other garden center. i was greeted with love, thoughtfulness, care and absolute high level passion and horticultural knowledge. it was just the experiences I needed to create an ever evolving vision for a backyard and front yard for a house I was sitting at.Over 3 weeks, my creative inspiration and design background was met with horticultural passion. I gained an understanding of horticultural that I never knew I could couple with my design background and create. Maria, the horticulturalist on staff there is like a garden angel with her mentorship and coaching she naturally, passionately provides as you discuss your creation and intentions. she let me happily play with laying out my creations for all my spaces so I could see it all before purchasing. That alone saved me hours when I went to actually plant. Maria happily met me in my design creativity and only supported me with her passion and horticulture knowledge. she was nothing but encouraging, engaging and supportive. Maria is a real asset to have on staff. They have a depth and breath of variety of plants and many local to the area and anything can be ordered at your request. My favorite of all is the “dead grass” no one seems to understand. It brings my creations the grounding they need. i received such deep mother earth therapy I didn’t know I needed through this beautiful experience. By far the most helpful and knowledgeable and approachable garden center in the area. Don’t be intimidated by gardening or plants, Maria has you with all the knowledge and support you could ever need to create beautiful garden landscapes. Much love to the whole staff that is so friendly and always smiling. You are my place whenever I’m in the area again to create.”
“Yesterday when I visited the store I was rather impressed with the 2 sales staff, Brock and Keon who worked together to get me what I needed.They clearly explained the different laminates are offered – they made great suggestions – and I left with a car full of all the flooring that I needed.Also I didn’t know that LL sold base molding – but now I will be getting several hundred feet next week of the 5.25 inch trim.Unlike the big box stores – the sales help is informed, helpful and overall, a pleasure to work with.Brock and Keon are true assets to your company!”

“Had an absolutely wonderful experience here.After confirming that items were in stock and placing a deposit, the store called the next day to say that there had been a mistake and not all of the items were available.Edwin went above and beyond to rectify the above miscommunication. He was so apologetic, kind and professional. Most importantly- he helped me to get a full set of Polywood chairs at a great price and loaded them carefully for me.Will absolutely be shopping here again and will be sending anyone looking for an extensive selection and knowledgeable, thoughtful staff.”

“Great experience!! We are first time home owners. We went to couple of furniture stores but the service we received at Bassett was exceptional. We worked with Kathy Barry, she understood our needs, she was very quick to grasp our taste. She came to our house to for consultation and then when we met at store she already had few designs, patterns and colors selected for us which saved us a lot of time. We were able to select the whole living room furniture within an hour with her help and got out of the store very happy. We had got exactly what we wanted and can't wait for it to get delivered.”
“One stop shopping if meditation crystals, a biodegradable computer bag and earrings that glow by night is an errand in waiting. Honestly, Mandalay is a great place to kill 30 minutes and find out if you have any impulse control as you mutter "how cute" under your breath constantly looking for the off switch. Mandalay Trading is a smart pivot if you forget a birthday or other special occasion. Five stars for the electic mix and bailing me out on more than one occasion.”
“I haven’t actually had a chance to visit this lovely shop in-person, but I did place an online order and was blown away by the customer service! Through my own fault I was having trouble finding a time to pick up my item and Tim generously offered to drop it at my door. Who does that?! Talk about incredible customer service. It’s so rare to find that nowadays and I just was really moved by the kind gesture. All that to say, I now really want to make an in-person visit and will be heartily recommending this shop to everyone I know!”

While that AtHome was not helpful in replacing it, I spoke with Kam at this location and he could not have been more helpful! He went above and beyond by swapping a new chair with the smelly one by the next day. I am very impressed with their customer service and will be coming back to shop.”

“I did not know exactly what I was shopping for when I walked in, other than a themed gift box that I was going to put together with a few small items. What surprised me, is not only was I able to find exactly the perfect assortment of gifts for a gardener friend...but also the impressive customer service. At the check out line, I was behind someone in a scooter due to some disability. The cashier went out of his way to show the lady to an easier accessible register. He could have stayed at the register he was at, and the person in the scooter would be able to manage. However, he took the extra steps, and the courtesy to offer her an easier checkout experience. It was a kind gesture, and the cashier obviously knew a thing or two about customer service. I encountered a pleasant check out experience as well only moments later.”
“My husband and I were in the market for a new bed and didn’t know where to start. A Sleep Number commercial came on and we made an appt. I loved that Sleep Number showroom had only a few products so we weren’t overwhelmed with options. Our Sleep Number Pro Todd was beyond amazing. He asked us informed questions about our sleep habits and did not rush us as we navigate our personalized numbers which took some time. Todd even explained what product would best address some of the health issues we were concerned about. He provided pros and cons to each mattress type and answered every questions we had. What I appreciated the most is that he never pressured nor tried to up sale us. Our sleep number experienced was as good as any sales experience can be. We had a good time with Todd and our dream bed.”
