They did such a great job the first time I had to go back a 2nd time.. The first time my car was involved in a hit and run accident and my insurance company recommended Caliber. They were amazing! Next, when I was involved in a small fender bender, there was no question in my mind that going back to Caliber Collision was a great move. The staff is friendly, courteous and diligent. They communicated effectively, frequently and efficiently. I appreciate all that they have done for me. Most importantly, at the end of both of my stents at Caliber Collision my car came back as beautiful as it was the day before my incidents. Thanks Caliber for such a great job. “As a first timer. CC was an amazing experience. Staff were friendly and professional. They send me a progress report every Tuesday and Thursday and if there is any question that i have, someone is there to answer the call and answer my question regarding the repair every single time. One top of that they do work with the car rental service so they pick you up from CC back to their store to fill out paper work and after your car is completely repaired, you can leave the keys with CC and have your rental service come pick it up. They’ve made everything hassle free. Highly recommended”

“Needed some repair work to the exhaust system from damage due to hitting a speed bump or depression too fast. They fixed it at a reasonable price and now it's even quieter than before I damaged it. These guys are honest, trustworthy and do great work at a fair price. I went back there first because previously with a different vehicle a different muffler shop quoted me like $500 for some reapair work. That didnt seen right so I brought it across the street to Midway. They fixed it for $100”
“Bought a refurb battery and a few other things here. Way cheaper. Battery was $40.00. Battery still works great in Mid April when was bought in Mid Sept with no issues what so ever. It did need an initial jump which is expected on some new batteries, but has yet to die on me since it was installed into my truck. Even had it temporarily dropped into an Expedition when it was around 20 degrees out while my Ranger was being repaired (Expedition battery was bad and we couldn't get a jump) and it fired right up with no problem. I need some other parts and will call them when they open back up.”

Samantha didn't want to let go of her cell phone, her partner who was next to me helped me because she didn't let go of her cell phone, and then I asked something else again and sighed as if I didn't want to help anyone. A friend told me the same thing about this girl and I didn't believe him until today, he said she is rude and shows no interest in her job... This is the only person in this store that has terrible customer service. The rest of the people working here are spectacular!”
