Occasionally it gets busy; however, overall they try their best to get you out quickly. I would highly recommend!”
“This location is like most ross, it's decent and staff was nice and friendly. The selections and options here are good. The prices can't be beat. Got a tie and belt for $20 at jcpenny with worse brands it was $80 so yeah.”
“I had to buy some Clinique that I wanted in the right shade so a woman that worked there help me, unfortunately I don't care as much as I used to but I know they try to keep everything in stock for you as best I can, I used to love shopping at Macy's with my mother so to me it's kind of sad to see how business has been going down for them because they do have good merchandise a nice help.”
“I love this location. Store Always clean but bathrooms not. I have no other complaints other than the bathrooms not always being up to par. Lines move quick and employees are helpful. Can be slow sometimes to get help in the electronics section but I’m patient so I don’t mind.”

Everything was found super fast. I truly believe there’s no better person we could have run into for help..! We’ll be shopping here more due to the always incredible support and service.

“Arrived there and parking was busy but easily found a spot. The items I needed were found quickly and check cashier was very nice. The card checkout was small confused but system upgraded hard to get debit. The payment system is still confused and maybe could use another upgrade or diagnostic overhaul. Everything should sync if it is programmed right and be very smooth. Please check into that because it affects everyone and unhappy customers may chose to be bad actors. And this is sad and bad for business. Stay updated carefully and love us folks who stay tried and true!! Love to all of you folks. You make a multimillion dollar business run like a well oiled machine.”

“I've done several online purchases recently and only had 1 issue. Returns are really easy when needed and the staff are usually really helpful, especially in the Rt 322 Conchester Hwy store. Also, really well stocked at that location.”

“Five Below is a win every time. My child loves this place and can get happily “lost” in here for an hour, and it doesn’t cost me an arm and a leg. It’s also great for cheap holiday decoration add-ons and little extras when you want to fill in gaps without overspending.”
“Went here on a cold Saturday afternoon. Store wasn't particularly busy. Customers are greeted at the front door with a sign that says no bags, so be sure to bring your own! Name brand food products are priced at full retail and can be found at the local supermarket for a lower cost. Seems like just another way to target the pockets of the economically lower classes into spending more than necessary on foodstuffs. You may be surprised by the cost at checkout (I was charged half of what the price tag stated). Cashier was respectful. Store was organized and clean.”

“I always have a good experience when I go here. The girls are really sweet, everybody's pleasant towards me. If I need anything they usually go out of their way to help me. I would definitely give this store at least an eight out of 10. It can't be a 10 until they get the place cleaned up a bit though.”
