I needed to send some letters and I loved that you could drive up to the mailboxes. They don't have drive up mailboxes at every post office. So I especially loved this fact. I will return. “This post office seems to always be busy. It is efficiently run and kept clean, although the very nice lady behind the counter is rather slow and methodical. Allow at least 20 minutes to transact business at the counter.”

“This is a small post office, so it might be short-staffed sometimes, and there are larger units nearby. However, if you time your visit to beat the last-minute-to-closing rush, you probably won't have to wait in line. If you have prepaid packages to drop off, they've got a bin for that: drop & go. Need a receipt? Ring the bell for a clerk. Check out the impressive collection of solar-powered wiggle toys behind the counter!”

“Lots of confusion here with this annex and the building it's in. The entrance used to be through the front double door but it's now the single glass door to the left of the loading dock. No signage but I'm certain that the people working here do a lot to keep the mail running in this community.”

“Great staff and location for dropping off packages for online sales. I go 5 times a week and it’s a very busy spot! If your packages are labeled correctly you are in and out right away, otherwise you may have a long wait!”

“This is a small post office that works in conjunction with the Linwood office. There are usually 1-2 clerks available and the lines are long during peak hours. I have a PO Box there for my small business. Will and Ivory are super helpful and friendly.”
“Service has greatly improved now that the lady who used to work at the Deepwater Branch is at the counter. How refreshing it is to just come in and set down my prepaid packages to scan and get a drop off receipt. No more dirty looks as soon as I walk in. No more lectures about the kind of packaging I use or if one tiny spot of tape isnt smooth. Amazing how hundreds if e commerce customers have never once complained about my packages being unsecured upon arrival. No more nasty, curt replies if I have any additional questions. No more witnessing other customers being spoken to in rude, condescending ways as I wait in line. Now the newer staff and the nice lady that recently transferred take my package, circle the survey, and wish me a good day. Going to the post office isnt an ordeal anymore.”
“Giving 4 star just because my work got done smoothly, but it took some time.Kind of a secluded place but work gets done. Staff looked quite introvert and had to wait for some time until someone showed up at the counter. But later felt like they are ok to help with queries and process for the first timers, just look like they are not happy with the job. Overall decent for a quick mail or money orders.”
“Never had in issue with this place. Most recently, I went in for a passport renewal, the lady there helped me a ton and even caught that I was shipping to the old PO Box and corrected it. Got my passport very fast thanks to her.”
“Same problem as everyone else, but it's actually not the Post Office's problem. I spoke to a very nice lady there who has been dealing with this for eight years. My tracking said tracking says Departure scan en route to USPS, but the post office hasn't received it yet. it's still sitting in whatever Bridgeport UPS Innovations it arrived at. Very confusing, and unfortunate for the Post Office.”

“I had an urgent document to send out, and on Saturday afternoon I drove 30 minutes to reach this post Office location before closing. Unfortunately, by the time I arrived it was already closing time, and I hadn’t even prepared the envelope and return envelope. The lady at the counter kindly waited for me for another ten minutes and even helped me correct my mistakes. I’m truly grateful for her patience and kindness.”
“Alexis was super nice. Went in to send off my son's passport renewal. I had an appointment; you must have an appointment. It was fast and easy. Don't forget your checkbook. Plus there's plenty of free parking right on the street.”
“Whoever was working today around noonish was so wonderful. The post office only had 40 special stamps for our heavy wedding invitations so she input and printed 23 individual paper-stamps for the rest of the invitations so that we could get them sent out today. Thank you so much! I know it was tedious but you were a champ about it.”

“The employees behind the counter that I have dealt with have been very nice and helpful. The postmaster will never answer his phone, return calls or speak with anyone with complaints. But luckily you don't have to deal with him when you go to the counter, glad the employees are totally opposite of him.”
