“Above and beyond! I was a Metro customer for several years and felt completely safe leaving my belongings in their care. The staff is truly amazing! They were always friendly and accommodating and super efficient and understanding when I had an issue with my door. The facilities were always super clean and communication regarding changes or billing or weather concerns were always clear and timely. Almost makes me sad to move! Thank you, Jason and Garry!”

2105 Philadelphia Pike, Claymont DE 19703
“Friendly and Very easy to work with, handy to have moving supplies for sale at the Philly Pike location, and the facility is clean and quiet. One suggestion would be to try to keep the parking lot free of glass by the doors and first few rows of parking spaces. We all know accidents happen and people drop things as they are moving, but sometimes may not be so polite as to clean up their own broken pieces. Aside from that I would recommend this facility wholeheartedly!”

I reached out to Dom at Hopkins & Sons, and although he was going on vacation, he made sure he had the container delivered on time as requested! Overall process was smooth and they even supply moving blankets and rachet straps as part of the total price! Highly recommend HOPS over the large companies (PODS, UNITS...etc) Support small business!”

“I needed to empty my work van immediately because I found a buyer and drove to the nearest storage facility to rent a unit, only to find a sign saying it was closed. I was so disappointed. I took another look at the sign and it gave a phone number to call for assistance. Reluctantly, I called the number and was able to talk to someone right away. What a pleasant experience on the phone. I talked to a woman by the name of Sandy (I think), and was able to rent a unit right away. I had access to the unit immediately without the big hassle I anticipated. The agent was efficient, personable and professional. I must say, she is an asset to this company. It is very rare to get someone on the phone who has all of those great qualities. Calling the number and reaching the person I did to take care of business made my whole week. Couldn't have been any better!”

Steve and his assistant were happy to get the table up through the many twists and turns involved it getting it to its new home. They were incredibly helpful. It seemed there was no obstacle they weren't willing to handle. Looking forward to hiring them again.”
