“I was in and out in literally 5 minutes tops with the most painless stick I have ever experienced in my entire life and I've gotten stuck with a needle probably a hundred times at least by now. I honestly had no clue when the needle went in or out. Obviously I was expecting at least a little pinch but felt absolutely nothing instead ?”
“I’m scared of closed spaces but Rita is a god sent she made me feel very comfortable and safe. She made me feel very calm so I was able to do the MRI, she is the first to get me threw an MRI. Brittany is so professional and knowledgeable and helpful she made me feel very comfortable and was able to answer all my questions. Tiffany was very helpful as well. This crew is amazing.”

“I have used Quest at its Mt Airy location on three occasions. i have found setting an appointment one of easiest medical procedures to arrange of any I have sought. The facility was convenient and clean, the staff was courteous, accommodating competent and professional at all but the most recent appointment: personal gossip among the staff who were also physically present during my most recent procedure was invasive and uncomfortable. Future visits will determine if this was an unusual experience or an evolving practice. It will not deter me from using or recommending the facility, but I will relate the experience as a cautionary note.”

“Every single time I come here which is often, whether I make an appointment or walk in, the entire process is no more then 5 min. Staff is friendly, and you hardly feel the draw. I told my nurse in 4 today that they should Ali be sent to train the hospital nurses because I come home looking like a checkerboard full of bruises everytime. For routine blood work, I've been to many places, but my first choice is always the quest. And welsh. My dad has been coming here for like fifteen years as well. The staff is amazing.”

“I recently went to Quest Diagnostic and I had a great experience with getting my bloodwork done. The nurse was extremely skilled when drawing my blood, making the process very comfortable and smooth. The only part that was unbearable was the lack of AC in the building. The building was not in great shape for such a hot day in Philadelphia and I hope this issue is rectified immediately. Had I been sensitive to heat, I could have passed out in the waiting room. There were only running fans in the facility, which was the biggest downside to my visit. The staff deserves better work conditions!”
“The employees at Atlantic diagnostic laboratories were extremely friendly and let me in as soon as i rang the door bell. I was in and out within 5 minutes for my covid test. The first time i went for my covid test a few months ago there was a line to get tested but it was all very organized and went quickly. I strongly recommend going to Atlantic diagnostic laboratories for covid tests and or any lab test your doctor orders!”
“Went online made an appointment needed results back fast. Once I arrived I waited in lobby for 3.5 minutes. Receptionist called me I checked in. Gave my samples I was there for a grand total of 12 minutes max. Got results the next day. ?”

“I’ve had what feels like an absurd amount of blood work done over the last three years and this morning’s experience was my best yet. Steve is now my favorite phlebotomist and I’ll be sure to ask for him whenever I need to go again! I had three vials drawn and barely felt a thing. The transition between vials was smooth, he found my hard to find veins on his first try, and there was zero bruising after (I almost always bruise). He also had excellent bedside manner and that put me at ease.”
“It was very easy to make an appointment. The lady is on the second floor, you can take the stairs or elevator. Check-in on the computer was easy via scan code. I was not there five minutes before they called me back. The phlebotomy technician Jan found my veins quickly. I'm always a difficult stick. She was excellent. The staff there was very friendly and had great customer service. I would definitely go back again.”
“Never really had a need to go to urgent care but I sliced my two fingers open so I had to go here to see about it instead of going to the emergency room sitting for hours I went here and was seen right away the girls that work there and the doctor oh they were the best it was so nice of a visit I would definitely recommend this urgent Care and once again girls I appreciate everything even though they was laughing at My pain ?❤️? the staff was great!! And I even got lollipops when I was done ?”

“The Persante Team made the scheduling for my sleep study so easy. I have a very busy life between my 9 to 5 & running a small business, I had to reschedule twice. This was not a problem for Persante, not only did they make my rescheduling process easy, They checked with in between to see if I had any changes in my schedule. You can tell that they genuinely care. Feels like family. Highly Recommended”

“We had been to four gastro specialists (on the Jersey and PA sides of the river) and two other Naturopaths over the past 6+ years to try to help my daughter with ongoing gastro issues that were severely impacting her. She had every test imaginable - but never rec'd a clear diagnosis or path to wellness. We were referred to Dr. Far Rahman by our primary Dr. when they saw how totally frustrated we were. We saw Dr. Far on August 30, 2023 and she recommended a protocol of natural remedies. By September 17 - my daughter's condition completely improved. We just had our follow up (10/12) and will continue the protocol and re-test her various levels in December. Based on how my daughter is doing, I am sure the test results will show great improvements in her gut health. We are extremely grateful to Dr. Far for her kind attention to my daughter's particular issues, her probing questions, her accessibility and responsiveness, and most of all for her exceptional expertise! “They run this place like the marines. Signs were clear to get to the office. Check-in was via a tablet. I arrived a couple minutes before my appointment, 2 people were ahead of me. They collected all my samples and I was walking out the office FOUR MINUTES after my scheduled appointment start. Give these ladies a raise!! Finally!! A place that knows exactly what they’re doing and doesn’t waste your time!!”

“The only reason why I’m giving it a 4 star is because of 2 things.
1. No one is there to greet, ask questions or give guidance. Every employee is doing 3/4/5 different things.
2. The walk in procedure. Just require appointments to save people’s time. Don’t say you take walk ins but still need an appointment.
The employees were helpful but I felt like I had to chase them down.”
