“I’m leaving this review to express my genuine appreciation for the exceptional service I received from Christopher. When I say he’s always there to help, I truly mean always. He goes above and beyond to assist customers—finding ways to help you save money while still supporting his company’s success.
If you’re considering visiting this Ryder location, you’re making a great choice. The vehicles are top-notch, but it’s the people—especially Chris—that make the difference. I live in Philadelphia and still choose to travel here because the treatment and service are just that good.
Thank you, Chris, for your dedication and outstanding customer care. You’ve earned a loyal customer.”
“For me to come here and give Penske a 5 star review, it's well deserved. The lady at the front desk is very polite. The night and morning tech illustrated that they know the job at task.”
“I had an amazing experience working with Tim Durkin at Bergey's Truck Centers. From day one, he was extremely responsive, honest, and truly genuine. He answered all my messages immediately and went above and beyond to help with every detail. Most importantly, he is someone of great integrity who truly stands behind the vehicle he sells. If you are looking to buy a truck, do yourself a favor and see Tim first. Thank you so much for everything, Tim!”
“Great experience. Very friendly and helpful staff, zero issues or delays with picking up or dropping off. They even fit me in for an oil change right after with no wait or reservation, a class act!”
“I only happened to reserve at this location because they had the van size that I needed to move. I usually go to another location , but Mitzi and John were AMAZING! The van that I reserved was available and clean.
I will definitely go back to this location when a truck is needed again. They were both so welcoming and helpful. It was nice to have such pleasant interactions both before and after doing something so tiring as moving.”
