“Five Below is a win every time. My child loves this place and can get happily “lost” in here for an hour, and it doesn’t cost me an arm and a leg. It’s also great for cheap holiday decoration add-ons and little extras when you want to fill in gaps without overspending.”
“Went here on a cold Saturday afternoon. Store wasn't particularly busy. Customers are greeted at the front door with a sign that says no bags, so be sure to bring your own! Name brand food products are priced at full retail and can be found at the local supermarket for a lower cost. Seems like just another way to target the pockets of the economically lower classes into spending more than necessary on foodstuffs. You may be surprised by the cost at checkout (I was charged half of what the price tag stated). Cashier was respectful. Store was organized and clean.”

“Black male working the register today was amazing ..had plenty of energy, was polite and personable with every customer...had a long line due to limited help and handled it professionally and apologetically for the wait...made it fun to shop at the store with great customer interaction...even greeted EVERY customer entering the store while most employees would deem the long line a stressful situation...but not him...made him thrive under pressure...great job!”

“Went in person and checked out through the self checkout. Found everything in stock that the computer said I should aside from one item that may have been sold to someone recently for pickup or delivery. Overall was a good experience. Customer service was also a good experience today... Customer service was again good. The snow is cleared out of the parking lot very well this time and it seems as if all of the kinks have been worked out with getting the suppliers to stock the shelves even during bad weather”

“Arrived there and parking was busy but easily found a spot. The items I needed were found quickly and check cashier was very nice. The card checkout was small confused but system upgraded hard to get debit. The payment system is still confused and maybe could use another upgrade or diagnostic overhaul. Everything should sync if it is programmed right and be very smooth. Please check into that because it affects everyone and unhappy customers may chose to be bad actors. And this is sad and bad for business. Stay updated carefully and love us folks who stay tried and true!! Love to all of you folks. You make a multimillion dollar business run like a well oiled machine.”
