I was pleasantly surprised by the customer service. Not only were they very courteous and friendly but they were also very knowledgeable and if they didn't know the answer, they would get one.”

I got a new iPhone and transferred from ATT to Verizon-I was having such a hard time getting all of my info transferred over. Multiple calls to apple support, and att customer service left me so frustrated. I walked into the store one night, and Jovanni was the only one who figured out the problem. He was patient with me and even went to battle for me with a difficult ATT rep who was trying to make the process more difficult. That man knows what hes doing!”
