“Thank God for Justin...Very professional, someone with skills that knows exactly what to do ..He knew right away the issue wasn't my battery and so the terminal was loose and corroded, sadly to say another mechanic didn't have the common sense to check these important things out..Justin, took his time to clean the terminals and tighten them for me...Thanks so much JUSTIN...You just saved me money not getting a starter the other not to bright mechanic insisted I needed...I'm glad you helped me out”

“Amazing customer service and efficiency! I was stranded on the side of the road with a broke down car. Went through my insurances “roadside assistance”. After sitting for 3 hours and being lied to by the insurance company I decided to call my own tow. I found BTS had great reviews, and those reviews accurately reflect their service. I was in a unique spot on the road and they were able to locate me with ease. The truck quickly arrived on the scene. They efficiently towed my car to where it needed to go. They were extremely friendly and accommodating. If you need any type of tow service in the area, this is the company to call!”

“I was in a pinch and called Chris, you know what? Chris came through, on a FRIDAY AFTERNOON, too! I am thankful the good people still exist, and Chris you’re one of the good ones! Even when I had only partial information he made this nerve racking experience an easy one. Chris if you’re reading this, thank you! I really appreciate it!”

“I hit a curb wrong and poked a hole in my sidewall (not fixable). (Luckily it was the "bald" tire.) I stumbled upon this place. They had my size in a good used tire. Presto-change-o, my car is back to normal. Great price, and you'd never know it's a used tire. Since that day, I'm converted. When I need a replacement tire, I always get a used tire. (Always check your tire pressure right after getting a used tire. Most places do everything right, but a few have sent me on my way with a ridiculously wrong pressure, like 18psi or 45psi.)”

“I had the absolute BEST experience with this company. I got a flat on the interstate and the roadside assistance provided by my car Insurance lied and said they couldn't tow where I was located (wasting 2 hrs of my time). I then called Pompton, and within 25 minutes, Walter pulled up in a new, clean and comfortable tow truck and got my car loaded up. Walter took the time to understand my situation and provided me with a few options to ensure I was back on the road and home that night. Ended up towing me back to the shop where the owner Mike and additional employees patched my flat and got me back on the road in less than an hour from pick-up. I couldn't have asked for better service - no long wait times, kind & knowledgeable staff with excellent customer service skills. Thank you ALL for getting me home Monday night!!”

“I can’t thank Mountain Auto Body and DJ enough for their outstanding work. I was in the process of returning my Tesla lease and, after completing the self-inspection through the Tesla app, was quoted nearly $4,000 for excess wear and tear. I’ve leased many vehicles over the years and have never seen anything close to that, every little detail was being flagged, which felt excessive. I decided to get a second opinion and brought my car to Mountain Auto Body. DJ quickly assessed the situation and reassured me that the damage was nowhere near what Tesla had quoted. He took photos and, within just a few hours, provided me with an estimate that was about half the cost, much more reasonable and fair. I moved forward with the repairs, and the entire process was smooth and efficient. The turnaround time was about a week, and the quality of work was excellent. You truly couldn’t tell there had been any damage at all. Highly recommend DJ and the team at Mountain Auto Body for their honesty, professionalism, and top-quality work. Thanks again!”

“I picked up an auto transporter from U-Hail and.needed help to get my car up the ramp and secured. I googled "towing service" and clicked on the first result. I explained what I needed to the person who answered (Andrew) and listened patiently, then he said he can help me. It was Saturday around 5 PM, he texted his address and told me me to bring the truck/auto transporter and my car. When I got there, Andrew got the car on and secured it for me....and then he said there was NO CHARGE. Who does that??!! Andrew has a heart of gold and is an expert in towing.”

“This place is affordable, reliable and punctual. That is key when dealing with repairs. Rudge found out what was wrong with my car, called immediately to tell me and gave an estimate and was done at a reasonable time. Also, their work was estimated a third of the price than if I went somewhere else. I highly recommend.”

“We had a bumper cover done by euroclass about 6 years ago. The bumper cover came loose and it was nobody's fault. We called Marc and we went in the next day. He fixed it in 20 minutes and didn't charge us anything. I know they don't make much money on a bumper cover and to fix it at no cost was going over and above. Thanks Marc. If we need any bodywork in the future, you're our guy.”

“I had an excellent experience at Paragon. They repaired my SUV perfectly and handled the job with impressive skill. Despite a snowstorm slowing everything else down, they managed a surprisingly quick turnaround. A huge thank you to Vanessa, who was on top of every single detail and kept me updated with prompt communication. It’s rare to find such high-quality work and efficiency during bad weather. Highly recommend!”

“I brought my car on Carlos just to get a tire patched and while doing that he noticed I had some other issues going on in my car. He immediately pointed out what he saw and thought that i needed to get repaired. He told me to come back in as soon as I had time during the week. I brought My car to him on my day off and a few hours later all my issues were fixed and at a great price! Not the first time I've used him and definitely won't be the last!”

“Sal and his team were fantastic. Extremely professional. Flexible, direct and honest. I had issues with the insurance company dealing with my repairs from a collision caused by another motorist. “I know it’s crazy reviewing a gas station! lol but I have to this is my only spot for gas. Workers are always friendly and the beverage/vape options is insane inside while I fill up. For a spot in Paterson, it’s crazy clean I feel like I’m in a nice neighborhood when I’m inside. Who ever is running this place. Keep up the good work!”

“A bit disappointed. showed up to this gas station around 10pm, only to find it closed-even though Google says it's open 24 hours. I went a bit out of my way to get here because the prices looked cheaper, but it ended up being a waste of time. Shell used to be one of my go-to gas stations, but lately I've been to a few that were also closed at night despite claiming to be open 24/7. Just a heads-up-don't count on this one being open late.”
