“This place may not be the fanciest restaurant around, but it’s reliable, reasonably priced, and consistently good for what it is. I’ve gone here multiple times and keep coming back because the food is solid, the portions are fair, and the overall experience is usually enjoyable.

The atmosphere is comfortable, the staff has always been pleasant in my experience, and it’s become one of those dependable spots when I want something casual without dealing with the chaos or prices of bigger chain restaurants.

One thing worth mentioning is that they only offer bar seating, so if that setup doesn’t work for you, this may not be the place for you. Personally, I don’t mind it, but I know it could be a downside for some people.

Sometimes consistency matters more than trying to be trendy or upscale. Overall, definitely a place worth supporting.”

“Yesterday, a miserable rainy day, I went to pick up my online order. The two women, and I am ashamed to say I do not know their names, who usually help with the order, were there. I joked and wished each other a Blessed New Year. When I went to start the car, I found my battery was dead. I went inside to tell them why I was not leaving spot 1. I was offered help to stay warm, which I declined as I had called AAA and wanted to wait with the car. Other people came and went, and with each delivery, they stopped to check on me. The funny part of the story is that the woman next to me also had her battery go dead. After waiting an hour for AAA to come, one of the women offered to use her car to jump start mine - she did everything. Then turned to help the woman next to me, who was waiting for her husband.
I cannot put into words how their kindness lifted my spirits and warmed my heart. They went above and beyond to see that things were OK. To the owner and manager of this store in Greenwich, I thank you both for developing this type of relationship between your workers and the community. I thank you for making me feel more than just a customer, and I thank the women who helped me, especially the woman who knew how to jump-start a car and offered to do so. Please reach out to them on my behalf and let them know how grateful I am for their kindness.”

“Great place to buy essential items when other stores are sold out. They do a great job at restocking the shelves and ensuring that you items people need are in stock, even during bad storms and other disasters. The employees have always been friendly and helpful when I have visited.”
