“I was struggling to find someone who could remove a rounded off and stuck oil pan drain plug. I asked for word-of-mouth suggestions and Van Meter came up. Keith called me around 2:30PM and was able to squeeze me in the same day, after I was done work. Not only was his team able to remove the plug, but he also showed it to me and described what he thought the original cause was. Finally, they reached out by text the following day to make sure that I was satisfied with the quality of their workmanship. Therefore, between the attention to detail and the fact that I live only about two miles from their shop, I plan on returning for my automotive needs.”

“My daughter was in an accident ,and the place Riehl’s that the police towed the car to was ridiculous. They charge way too much for every little thing and rude. Wanted to charge me double of what Amy’s towing charged me, and Riehls didn’t have to drive anywhere to get the car, the car was at their yard. The car was going about 5miles from the yard. I seen Amy’s towing online and they had great reviews. I know why!! Greg was the best. He was there when he told me he would be, even texted me. He was professional, courteous, empathetic to my situation, and gave me advice. He even asked where I wanted the car and after he got it off the flat bed, put the car exactly where I wanted it!! I will never use another tow company again!! I hope I never need one again, lol, but if I do I’m calling Amy’s Towing!! Thank you Greg for all your help!! I greatly appreciated it!!”

My car had been hit and Tom gave me an estimate and dealt with all the insurance without me needing to get involved. He kept me informed about the progress and even had me take my car to a dealer for an issue that he couldn’t fix. He paid the bill from the dealer and told me not to worry about it, that he would submit it to insurance. “My car broke down near glassboro New Jersey. Just selected Marshall's based on how close they were to where I was and good Google reviews. They were able to get to me pretty quickly and took my vehicle to a local repair shop for $100. Only reason I'm not leaving five stars is because the elderly driver did not put the keys where they were supposed to be left which caused some confusion. But maybe he misunderstood me. Recommended. Price was very reasonable.”

“This is the best independent repair facility I have ever been to. For over 20 years I’ve been taking my cars to Ken at Somerdale Automotive. He has repaired and serviced my Land Rover, Volvo wagon, Volvo hybrid , Volkswagen diesel, And two different Jaguars over the years. Honest and reliable are two words describe Ken.After reading two negative reviews I can not believe they true. I know many people don’t want to pay for quality and try to get something for nothing. I use synthetic in all of my cars and high quality oil cost money. There are a lot of shops that will rip you off and try to sell you things you don’t need. “I was in a pretty bad accident on Rt 42 which left my truck disabled and had to be towed,I was actually still in shock from the accident so I had no idea what I had left in the truck.. Regrettably the insurance company called me today and told me my truck was totalled so I had to get all of my personal property and tags from the vehicle..When I opened the door I could not believe how much stuff was in there, at least $600 in tools ,$35 cash in the armrest plus other odds and ends.. I am extremely impressed with their honesty and their response time was also great!”
