“We were in need of new washing machine, and dryer. We were recommended to visit Adam's T.V ads Appliance. What a great experience. They asked for the household needs, and if I had anything in mind. As we came to an agreement, they said that particular product had a rebate. They explained what to do, and the machine that was not in stock was ordered. We saved a little by picking them up at their location, and the owner assisted on loading once both units were there. Oh, and their little dog, If we dont visit for the appliances, we will stop to see their puppy.”

“I recently came in on 2 occasions to rent a truck from Home Depot Rental. Gil and Jarod were instrumental in making this rental experience less stressful. I had to write this review to extend my appreciation to both Jarod and Gil, and to commend them on their efficiency and customer centric demeanor. They ensured that the truck I needed was available and was respectful of my tight schedule upon picking up and returning the rental truck. Needless to say, when I need to rent a truck again, I only hope to have the opportunity to work with Gil and Jarod. They made the rental experience very seamless and easy for me. “Not sure what's up with some of the big negative reviews on Amazon, but they did well by me. Good comms both voice and email. Thought I screwed up the order but they verified verbally, and then had the order out the next day. Everything arrived in order and the items were fresh with a four year shelf life, even though I needed them for a job now. Thank you.”

“I just wanna give a big thank you to the entire staff and management. I was shopping there today and noticed three tiny dogs locked in a car in their parking lot. It was 96 degrees outside and the car was off with all the windows rolled up. So I rushed inside to have them call the owners license plate number out and to come to customer service. If not we were calling the police department. Let's just say all ended well and the dogs are safe ♥️ these men and women care ♥️”
“Edit/Update idk what happened since my last review but 10/10 I love this store. There is literally an employee not to far from you and its so warm and welcoming in there.
There should be no reason... a large dog... is in the store..no it's not a service or a medical Animal just someone's pet ?. I'm pregnant and had 2 small children with me. Why didn't anyone tell him to stop and not bring the dog inside of the store. What if he bite a worker no muzzle no. nothing like smh.”

Not only did they help troubleshoot the problem when the grill didn't ignite but made a second trip to our home with a tank of gas to help fix the grill. They went above and beyond the call of duty.
