“The manager Damion saved me from the scammers across the highway! DONT GO TO THE AT&T next to ShopRite! After leaving that location and going to the mall, I was shown to have been mislead and ripped off completely by that location and Damion, the manager at the mall location, was a great help in saving my ass from what have been a disaster! The mall location is a thousand times better than the corporate stop who I have since reported to the better business bureau! I feel so much better that I returned everything to that other location and did a purchase at the mall instead! Please please please hear me when I say that u will be treated like a person and feel happy with your purchase at the mall location! I would give them 10 stars if I could! “I needed a new phone and Maria, the salesperson that I was working with was phenomenal! She took the time to allow me to think about which phone I was looking to purchase. Of course I asked her for her advice, but she was not pushy or try to sell me the most expensive phone which some places do. She told me it was up to me which phone I preferred. I was looking at a Motorola, and a Samsung S25 plus. Maria explained the features of each phone. The Samsung was much more money, but it was a phone that I think I would enjoy. So that's the one I chose. Maria was extremely helpful in helping me set it up with my e-mail and other apps that I was not familiar with on a new phone. I highly recommend this store, it is a beautiful, neat and clean. Thank you Maria!”
“Update-Luca saved the day. He was able to replace the non-working charger. Also was able to figure out the issue with the locator. Problem with safari but he showed me a workaround. Great job Luca. Changed from one star to four stars because he fixed a bad situation created by the first employee. Initial post- Our $45 charger just stopped working. We bought it a free months ago at a Verizon store. Rep Nayyar said nothing they can do. Wouldn't even look up when I purchased it. Said she couldn't. Said I should call Apple. Might as well buy accessories at Apple for all the help you won't get here. She seemed bothered about having to help at all. The location on route 18 in east Brunswick is much more on the ball. If you come to this store I suggest waiting for someone who actually doesn't mind doing their job. Asked to fix my location (near me now gets wrong county). After wasting my time she said I have to wait for someone else. New? Untrained? Doesn't care? Hates job? Super crappy experience. Had her hand out ready to charge me $46 to buy a new charger. In event she gets sales credit I will let the person I am waiting for ring it up. Shaking my head.”
