“I’m local to this store and surprised why so many people complain about employees being rude.
Had multiple interactions with the store in past few years, for a variety of transactions including shipping, dropping amazon packages, hold for pickups and even a fingerprint appointment.
Employee has always been polite and reasonable. If you know what to expect for what you try to do, you will never have any problems with this store.
Google rating does not do justice to the owner and employees in this case.”

“Up until recently, I have only ever needed to use FedEx Office for the occasional express shipping service. Within the last 4 months I had reason to use their printing services for a pair of family events and couldn’t be more pleased. Leilani and team were most helpful with page layouts, page placement, paper weight choices and page cutting services. One of my events occurred during the holiday crush and the crew went out of their way to accommodate my tight timeframe. The service was exceptional. “I live in town, they're wonderful. The post master goes above and beyondm. The post office in general misdelivered a package to Trenton and she called them every day for a few weeks, they never got back to her and I had to file a claim, but they're all amazing here. They have a book swap area, you can leave books for others or take some home, there's some good stuff there too!”

“I bought this chair for my son. It’s a chair, nothing special. It’s comfortable, I would give 5 stars if the arm rest when flipped back would clear the back of the chair. They stick out a little near shoulders and seam awkward if using a head set and sitting back.
Bottom line for $120 it’s ok.”
“It's a local Post Office. With all the challenges and features of most that I have visited (Rocky Hill, West Windsor, Lawrence, etc.). Sometimes there is a wait, but the line seems to move reasonably well. I think they do a good job.”
“This isn't the actual full-service US post office in North Brunswick. This location is North Brunswick Pharmacy, but they have a great US postal unit up front for out going domestic mail!! No more waiting in line at the post office on Livingston ave. YAY! Haha. Plus, I recently started using their pharmacy for medication. They are very kind and friendly people.”

“I’ve been coming to this UPS Store for over 10 years, and the owner has always been extremely hardworking, helpful and kind. He consistently provides excellent service with a great attitude. One time, I even saw a customer walk out because of a long line, and the owner went all the way to the parking lot to make sure the person was okay and not upset .... that really showed how much he cares. Overall, I give this store five stars. The owner’s dedication and positive attitude make a big difference.”
