“I had such a great experience at Mailbox Business Center in Hillsborough earlier today! I needed help printing addresses on envelopes for my upcoming wedding and was having so much trouble with the printing and alignment settings at home. A friend recommended I come here, and I’m so glad I did!
The owner, Matt, was incredibly respectful, kind, and genuinely caring. He was more than willing to help in any way possible and didn’t rush the process at all. He successfully printed 50+ addresses on my envelopes and even noticed an issue happening with a few of them in the printer. Instead of ignoring it, he kept working until he figured out the problem.
Matt ended up using some of his store’s envelopes, took them off my bill, and explained what likely caused the issue so I’d understand for the future. That level of honesty and care is rare these days.
He’s truly running a fantastic business with great services. I would 100% go back for any printing or mailing needs and highly recommend Mailbox Business Center!”
