“After having a terrible experience at Avis/Budget in Point Pleasant, where they canceled our reservation without any advance notification, we gave the Toms River Budget agency a call. The woman was extremely helpful and had a car ready for us on short notice.She was empathetic with the situation that the Point Pleasant agency had put us through and even offered us a free upgrade.We were in and out very quickly and the woman there could not have been nicer. She even provided a phone charger to use for our trip free of cost.I highly recommend you rent your next car through Budget on Rt 37 in Toms River.”
