Laura helped us with the process of switching banks, and has been just as helpful (along with the rest of the staff) when we experienced a hacking issue. The staff at the Point Pleasant branch knows their customers by name, and the service they provide is outstanding. We also like how the bank invests in the community-not many banks do that anymore. The customer service I received was top-notch, and it's evident that the staff goes above and beyond to make customers feel valued.One standout aspect of my visit was the incredible branch manager. Their name escapes me at the moment, but their exceptional service won't soon be forgotten. What really touched me was an incident that occurred while I was parked outside the bank. Another vehicle accidentally collided with my company car. Thankfully, everyone was unharmed, but I was understandably concerned about the damage to the car.To my surprise, the branch manager himself came out to check on me. He was genuinely concerned about my well-being and the condition of the company car. His compassion and willingness to assist in a stressful situation were truly commendable. Fortunately, the car thank god did not sustained any damage, but the manager's reassurance and support during that moment meant a lot to me.Overall, my visit to TD Bank in Point Pleasant Beach was a fantastic experience.
