“I had a large, fragile book with clamshell box at nearby Millea Bros. auction house and needed a service to pick up, then pack & send to me in the midwest. My calls were answered promptly by Lara, who was always friendly, knowledgeable and patient. Unlike many similar services, Mail Box Store was willing to send with USPS Media Mail after careful packing. Pickup was quick and efficient, packing was excellent and the price was exceptional reasonable - they did not charge for pick-up (!), only packing and shipping.Don't outthink this. Mail Box Store provides a high level of service which has all but vanished at an exceptionally fair price. This should (and will) become your go-to company for your packing needs.”

We called the store expressing the urgency of the package delivery and Nic personally stepped in to coordinate everything and made what felt like a stressful situation completely seamless.
