“I want highly COMMEND as well as RECOMMEND this particular UPS store because they have provided EXCEPTIONAL “5 Diamond/5 Star” service beyond compare!!! The store Manager, Gage Roman and the ENTIRE staff actually assisted us with thwarting a sophisticated criminal enterprise that nearly left my 81 year old father scammed and swindled out of $20,000 dollars!!! Gage Roman was the epitome of courteous, caring, thoughtful, patient, and professional assistance every step of the way in this process!!! If he can provide this level of service and assistance and compassion with customers in Colorado that he has never met in person then just imagine how much more so that Gage Roman and his ENTIRE staff will take care of your business needs in the greater Clifton New Jersey area!!! I can sing his praises all day long!!! This is merely the beginning of well deserved recognition, appreciation and exultations to be showered upon Gage Roman and his truly outstanding leadership at this store and the local community!!! My deepest and most sincere gratitude and appreciation to Gage Roman and his ENTIRE staff!!! -Keith Sarntee Boulder, Colorado”

“PJ did all of the printing for both my daughter's shower and wedding. He does incredible work; is kind, efficient, flexible and even found a couple mistakes that my daughter and I missed. He can do variable printing (which merges names from spread sheet) and was able to personalize our menu's, escort cards etc. He did a color test and proof to make sure all was correct before he proceeded. Easily accessible via text and email! He is reasonably priced and quick as well! I cannot thank him or recommend him enough! Look no further if you are in the market for any kind of printing!!!”

“Awesome experience. Haya was so helpful!! Went to a UPS franchise store,( I work for them) Staples and a couple of independently owned print shops and no one could help me print my military records, all supplied by the Defense Department via CD. Also, presently, almost no one uses or keeps up to date versions of Adobe or like staples, who didn't support CD to print operations all. Thanks to Mail Box Store who printed and sorted my whole military record by directory!! Over 500 pages!! Thank you again for all your help!!”

“I normally have only good experiences at this ups store. Today, however, the younger lady employee, who remained seated behind the counter, made a big fuss about the older lady employee taping my Amazon return box! I couldn’t believe it. She tried to force me to buy tape from them. Kuddos to the older lady who was on her feet, working hard, carrying packages, and standing up to the other lady, badgering us about tape usage. Tape?! 😳 Five stars to the older lady employee who actually helped me out.”

“They are the best most helpful, and friendliest packaging , and shipping store in the area. They do a great job, and are always helpful and fair. Support your small local businesses, especially when they work hard and deserve it. I've even used them to transform VCR tapes to DVD, and used their fax services too.. Five Stars *****”

“This location has very poor reviews How ever my experience on 7/25/2026 with clerk Damien was pleasant. He was friendly and helpful. I incorrectly addressed my packages for home delivery. He looked and tried to locate the packages. He very patiently advised me the steps to take to try and locate my packages by submitting a service request. I definitely appreciated his friendly demeanor and great customer service.”
