“A bit disappointed. showed up to this gas station around 10pm, only to find it closed-even though Google says it's open 24 hours. I went a bit out of my way to get here because the prices looked cheaper, but it ended up being a waste of time. Shell used to be one of my go-to gas stations, but lately I've been to a few that were also closed at night despite claiming to be open 24/7. Just a heads-up-don't count on this one being open late.”
“Juan has always been the most professional and honest mechanic I have ever used... but this time, he really went above and beyond. First, we called him out because my daughter's car was stalling and had check engine light on. He came out, did some diagnostics, and said that he saw some really weird codes and wasn't 100% sure how to fix, and recommended I bring to Kia. (honorable in my opinion). Went to Kia, they 'fixed' it for 600, (or so they claim, read my review on Kia Riverdale on google)... Next day, the check engine light came on again, brought it back to Kia, and they said I needed a timing chain for 1400. I told Juan and he said they were crazy... he again diagnosed it, did see some 'timing' codes but the car wasn't driving as if it had a timing chain issue. He reached out to colleagues, investigated the issue more, and said that it might just be that if my daughter didn't do regular oil changes, it could be sludge build up in the engine causing those codes... so he flushed the oil, treated the engine, changed some filters etc... The check engine light stayed on, he said to let it go for a day or two until the engine fully flushes... sure enough a day or two later, check engine light went out... car has been driving perfectly ever since. Saved my daughter over $1200. Thank you Juan! HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Goes above and beyond!”
