“I bought two jerseys couple of weeks ago from soccer zone and when we received them the prints were a bit bubbly and wrinkly, was told to wash them with cold water and air dry them but it didn't work. I went in today and met Oscar, I told him what happened and so he took the jerseys in the back... as we waited for the machine press to warm up. We started talking about soccer and the players... he was very very knowledgeable about the game.. he went to the back again and when he brought out the jerseys they were literally night and day difference. He did an excellent job on fixing the jerseys. This is what every owner should hire an employee that goes above and beyond to fix the situation and give exceptional customer service.
