Caitlin was so helpful in answering my questions about sizing and ordering the boots I wanted to be delivered to me at home. “I've bought 2 kettlebells from ISF Fitness so far and they are some high quality stuff!!! Prices are great and the quality of the bells are at least on par with the more expensive, bigger brands out there. They've been super responsive and I've been able to pick up the bells from the Totowa warehouse within an hour after purchasing online. Will be coming back for more!!”

“Jeff’s Golf is one of those places you’re lucky to still have around. Jeff clearly isn’t just selling equipment he’s a true craftsman. Within a few minutes of talking to him you can tell he has decades of hands-on experience and a deep understanding of the equipment. He even shared stories about hand-wrapping wooden club shafts years ago, which really shows the background he brings to his work.

I’ve purchased clubs from him as well as had clubs worked on and rebuilt, and the workmanship has been excellent. He took the time to explain what he was doing and why, and his advice was just as valuable as the work itself. You’re getting thoughtful, knowledgeable guidance from someone who genuinely understands the game and the equipment.

Jeff takes pride in what he does and it shows in the finished product and in how he treats his customers.

“I was trying to find some last minute outfits for a vacation this weekend, and I found this black jumpsuit that I absolutely loved. My size was the only one missing, so I asked a girl on the floor, Vicky, if they had it in the back. She initially said no but offered other sizes and asked my name. While I was in the fitting room maybe like 10 minutes later, she came in, calling my name, with the size I was looking for. It fit perfectly and I left with it! She was so incredibly sweet during our initial interaction and she went out of her way to find something for me even though I insisted she didn’t need to worry about it. She totally made my day ♡”

“This was a big store in Willowbrook mall, very nicely designed, bright and clean. It was also well organized. There were few fitting rooms in the back side of the store.

They had lots of apparel and accessories for both men and women. There was also a rack for items on sale. Their products were excellent quality, made with comfortable sort fabrics. But their are all pricey. Lots of associates were available in the store helping out customers and also tidying up the clothes. The register was very busy but they were quickly checking out customers. The associate at the counter was fast and efficient, while also being friendly.”

“I went shopping on Black Friday in the footwear department and was genuinely impressed to see a manager working the floor alongside her team. In this day and age, that level of involvement is rare. I worked at Foot Locker in my teens, and this was never the case, so it truly stood out to me.
