“Service is generally prompt, professional and friendly, anyone complaining about wait times should try stopping in at non-peak times. It isn’t the reps issue if they have to call in for phone support to help you take care of something and it takes awhile, and that’s the most trouble we’ve ever experienced. This is our go-to AT&T retail location. Thanks again!”

Julio took a tremendous amount of time with me and my daughter, trying to straighten out an issue with Verizon that was interfering with her ability to upgrade her phone.
