The store itself is described as clean, bright, and welcoming. Customer service experiences vary significantly. Many reviews highlight exceptional service, praising employees who are professional, knowledgeable, efficient, friendly, and helpful. These agents provide detailed explanations, answer every question, and search for the best and most affordable plans, with some even staying late to assist. This amazing service makes returning to the store worthwhile. However, other reviews report a complete lack of service, stating that service doesn’t exist.
