“We had an extremely critical package that we needed to intercept. I called to ask for help and the manager was super helpful. He made time for us, explained what we can and cannot do. In the end, he made it happen and it receiving it on time really really impacted our life. We take mail service for granted but forget how critical it is. Thank you!”
“Thank you Kingston USPS people for wonderful service. They are very helpful and kind. Nice and organized people with a professional service. I made my passport here finally after some struggles at other locations. I recommend people to come to this location even if it’s little bit far away from where you live.”

“Drove all the way from north Jersey to process our passport. Worth the drive. The post master was highly knowledgeable, accommodating, and very helpful. If you want to avoid the stress…. Come have your passport processed in this location”
“The two postal employees behind the counter who assisted me in getting my passport documents together and sent out were 1) very patient with me 2) competent and 3) friendly/pleasant to work with.*In stark contrast to three unpleasant postal employees I encountered at the Pennington, New Jersey post office when I arrived on time for an appointment they cancelled (they did email me to cancel but I didn’t get a chance to read it)Robert Fenyk”
“Staff was good. No main entrance into the main tellers section. Two doors in the side to PO Boxes and then another door into the main area. They helped me tape up my box better than I did”
“Love this place! The staff members are great. They have premium services for mailboxes like keeping a signature on file for packages, street address. Would recommend to a friend. No complaints.”
“Everyone at this Princeton Junction Post Office have been so helpful and extremely nice and understanding of my special needs adult son with Autism . We went twice for his passport application. Wonderful experience .”

“I met Jai today (one of your postal workers) at my apt complex. Nicest mail person I have ever met- she guided my car so that I wouldnt accidentally hit her or her truck and she was so friendly after so I introduced myself and hope to see her again soon!
Christin at the front desk is so helpful and goes above and beyond to help customers! She has been working to resolve mail delivery issues for me this week. Super friendly and hard working”
“I do not live around here so this is not my regular post office, but I came here to get fingerprints done. Michelle was so kind and got everything done in a timely manner! For reference I came earlier in the morning at 9am”
“For a small post office I would say it is efficient, friendly, employees are very knowledgeable. I actually drive past my post office and go a few more miles to BelleMead post office just for smiles and the friendly employees.”
“Although I unfortunately didn't catch her name, the clerk who assisted me a few weeks ago was incredibly helpful. She was very kind when helping me understand which packaging and slips I needed. She then went above and beyond by making me aware that something was missing from my package (which was an application for something important) and helping me find a way to include it so that my application would be processed correctly. I can't thank her enough for her assistance!”
“This is the only post office I use in Trenton/Hamilton. Great location if you walk, bike, use public transit etc. Not the best for driving as the parking lot can get quite cramped.
Lines are usually long on Mondays and Fridays but staff are always super nice and helpful. You can drop off pre labeled items without waiting in line, which is what I usually do.
They do sometimes close before their listed hours, so try to arrive at least an hour before closing.
You should not use the blue box outside of the post office (on the sidewalk)- I lost about $200 of merchandise trying to ship small packages this way.”
“I messed up my passport appointment and showed up at the wrong time, but the staff here very kindly fit me in without an appointment and processed my application. I even filled out the forms wrong and they gave me more time to correct my mistake.”
“This post office is always very professional ?. I applaud them for dealing with some unruly customers who gets frustrated when they are being told what needs to done for their transactions. I never experienced a problem with the employee their they all displayed most respect. Thank you for assistance me in business at the post office. You are well needed and most appreciated!”
“Standard USPS Office. Has self service, mail drop-off, PO boxes and mail/ office supplies.
Went to buy postage for a package at around 4pm, I used the self service machine. There were only two people there. No wait, it was pretty quick process.”
“always satisfied with customer service. stuff is very helpful, nice and no long waiting time. we did passports for kids once. everything was good. thank you for service”
“Good service.
The delivery woman Shannon Rt 9 is very responsible in her job. She came to knock our office door and reminded us the mail box was full. Next day she sent full basket of those mails to us.”
“I had a positive experience at this USPS location. I stopped here early in the morning to mail a small package. The woman working at the counter was very friendly and personable, and apologized to me for the wait even though it was only a minute or two. She was very helpful with my questions as well.”
“This review and accompanying 5 stars are specifically directed at our mail carrier Shawn, who has on more than one occasion gone above and beyond. Examples include, returning after his route was done, to pickup a package that had been forgotten, as well as waiting a moment for a packing label to be printed so that the package could reach our costumer on time. Most appreciated - Walker and Lane”
“It's a local Post Office. With all the challenges and features of most that I have visited (Rocky Hill, West Windsor, Lawrence, etc.). Sometimes there is a wait, but the line seems to move reasonably well. I think they do a good job.”
