Customers praise the helpful and friendly staff at the 213 Carnegie Ctr location. Amanda, an Asian young girl, was very helpful in assisting a customer with an unusual scam issue. The African American lady and Indian women were also noted for their excellent service. Keidra was especially praised for her patience and attentiveness in helping a family with their passport applications, including taking photos for their 3 children. The Post Office is often busy, but customers appreciate the fast and good service, especially if they arrive a few minutes early. Brenda, in particular, was commended for her attention and ensuring everything was in order for a family's passport applications.
