He was very attentive and made sure he understood the situation correctly. He gave us great detail in what offers, promotions, and other things AT&T had to offer. He made sure we knew everything we had to know before switching over. Nelson is very personable and has a passion in figuring out what he can do in order to provide the best service. “I recently fixed my laptop they did very well. But I just looked out and liked it. When I opened I noticed that a few letter on the keyboard doesn’t work I don’t understand why. It was really good on keyboards unfortunately now I can’t use I have to buy new laptop when I gave my laptop before it fixed it was usable all of the letters and numbers on the keyboard. I don’t know why after I opened and try to use google I noticed.”
