“I have been with RSI for over 40 years. Still there now that it is Columbia Bank. I went there today not knowing what to expect, first time after the merger. Anna Bayate-Roberts, Assistant Branch Supervisor, who takes care of my business for over 3 years is still there! And still as wonderful as before. For me nothing changed, great service, not rushed, care about what you have to say, offers products she fells I could be interested. Thank you Anna, I appreciate so much your help today, you went out of your way to make it work. Bank has good rates, but there is nothing more precious than an employee like Anna. I went back on Thursday, brought in money from another bank and opened another account, and a safe deposit box. Experience was even better. Spend with me at least two hours, assisted me by arranging for my POA to go to Marlboro branch, he lives pretty far to come to Rahway Branch. All this with patience, kindness and high professionalism.
