The manager went beyond and above and helped me with a fast clearance of my first house deposit payment, when all big banks Bank of America, Wells Fargo couldn’t do it.

“I have used this bank since 1999 when it was on Green Street! The behind-the-scenes staff has always gotten back to me when I've had questions, so they are great. I must admit the Drive Thru on Berry Street spoiled me as I loved not having to park and get out, especially if I have children in tow, but!...I will say not having the Drive Thru has forced me to go inside and getting to know the staff has been a pleasure. I just love chatting with Cara and Donna is so sweet. Thank you!”
“I needed to exchange money for a trip. Walked right up to the teller and I was able to do my exchange with no problems at all. My teller was very polite and courteous. I don’t know what all those horrible reviews are about, maybe it’s the customers bad attitude that made everything go sour? I never have had a problem at this branch, maybe treating the tellers like I’d like to be treated works?! Politeness goes a long way.”
