Customer service over the phone is terrible, we are a business and when I called, they treated me as a scammer and I was only following directions from the owner of the company.

I really liked the service and the atmosphere in there. People are very thoughtful and kind. I had an appointment with George Arsah, and he was so nice. He explained everything very clearly and simply. It was a nice talk with him.
