“Excellent customer service. Sometimes ATM doesn't function as it should or is down, bit overall, great experience. In-bank personnel are top notch in terms of service.”
“I do not know about these negative reviews..I had a great experience in the Ramsey location ( interstate shopping center). After years of online banking I needed to go to a location to help with a transaction my chime bank would not …I’m glad they didn’t because I never would have opened another account .. I made an appointment with Elena .. I was greeted right away , opened my accounts and had only a positive experience..Elena also called me the next day just confirming info and to follow up .. that’s what I missed all these years .. an actual banker ( not bots ) very happy with.my decision..”

“Renata Kiwowicz was friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient; explained everything and answered our questions. It is no wonder she has been at M&T for over 30 years!!”

“My son and I visited the Bank of America branch in Ramsey yesterday and had a great experience. Jordan Ramos, the Senior Banker, was friendly, professional, and took the time to share helpful guidance with my son. We really appreciated his focus, patience, and genuine care in helping us. Excellent service and highly recommended!”
