“Pleasantly surprised with the selection. There is a lot to look at (large store) and items are under the same umbrella as TJMAXX, Marshalls, Home Goods but geared more towards the active individual. Checkout was quick and friendly. Definitely worth rummaging through.”

“Huge shout out to Claudia Lopez in the Paramus store. At the time of purchase I did not realize I was charged 3X for a single roll of wrapping paper. During a very stressful time in my life, she was able to research and rectify this oversight without my needing to return to the store.
Kohl’s has been my go to store. I have not adapted to the new Paramus location yet, but will absolutely make an effort to do so as a thank you for her efforts to go above and beyond!

“Excellent store, excellent customer service! Visited the Wayne store, had to make some returns from both online and in-store purchases. Joe in the customer service area was fantastic. Joe went above and beyond, had a great attitude and is a great ambassador of the Kohl’s brand. The others working behind the counter were also very congenial and efficient. They all seemed to enjoy working with each other..
The kicker was after I made my returns, I did some shopping and as I was approaching checkout, deciding whether to do self-checkout or not, Joe remembered my first name and called me over to quickly check out at his register.
As many other retail stores have abysmal customer service, this was a great shopping experience.”

Love how organized this Macy's is, and spacious, as well as clean, much better than GS Plaza, also it doesn't get as crowded either so that's a plus: NEW UPDATE: I also think that the parking lot on the outside is a bit dim, there needs to be a set of flood lamps and adequate lighting for the safety and security of the employees and customers alike, plus this particular "Macy's" is the only anchor store in this mall, as a matter of fact, I honestly think "Paramus Park Mall" needs some adjustments and some renovations so GS Plaza doesn't take all the glory, lastly, before this Macy's used to be an A&S store which was short for "Abraham & Straus..."”

“I've been coming here for quite a long time. The place is situated in a strip mall, but it is not a very busy area. They have their own parking area. The store is big enough. It is a hit or miss depending on what you are looking for. Sometimes they have all the stuff you want and sometimes they don't. But I've gotten some really cute clothes and items for a very reasonable price. The returns are usually easy, sometimes I am not sure entirely about their return policy. food and I think beauty items you can't return. The workers are mostly friendly. I just had one woman at the cash be slightly weird with me but it's fine. They are very busy on Saturday. Overall it's nice to have this shop since they are very versatile in selections and categories.”
“Love this location. I always find items I love. Staff is super nice. Scott was great in the fitting room and both Irina and Ana were both really helpful. People like them make it a pleasure to shop. I found a cute Karl lagerfeld tee, aqua shorts and cloth & stone dress. My husband also found a few cute shirts. We’ll continue being loyal shoppers. Customer service may be going downhill in many places but not here. Awesome experience always.”

I cannot express my gratitude enough for the incredible service I received from the staff at Marshalls Wykoff store, particularly Katie, Yessenia, and Nancy. I recently lost my engagement ring on a Saturday as I was leaving the store, I couldn’t find it anywhere. However, Katie not only found my ring but also took the initiative to secure it in the safe until my return on Monday.
When I went back to the store, Yessenia and Nancy went above and beyond to verify my ownership of the ring and ensured its safe return to me. Their professionalism and trustworthiness are truly commendable.
I highly recommend shopping at this store, not only for their fantastic selection but also for the outstanding service provided by Katie, Yessenia, Nancey, and the rest of the team. Thank you once again for your honesty and dedication!”

“I love this Macy's! It has everything you need period!They also have a backstage!!!!!!We have gotten all kinds if things from here over the years. Now we get whatever outfits for the kids that we don't get at Carter's lol! We actually got one of my daughters Christmas Outfits here! A beautiful dress!They have 3 floors here. Kids are upstairs! Elevators are to the far right. Escalators are in the middle.I love all the sales that Macy's runs throughout the year, so many amazing discounts! We just got 2 new earrings for my daughter here as well, 60% off!!!!!! You really cannot beat those prices.Store can get messy throughout the day, and things might not be in the exact spot that you are looking for, but the staff does an amazing job to try to keep it neat and organized after customers blow through lol!All in all.
