“I've been coming here for quite a long time. The place is situated in a strip mall, but it is not a very busy area. They have their own parking area. The store is big enough. It is a hit or miss depending on what you are looking for. Sometimes they have all the stuff you want and sometimes they don't. But I've gotten some really cute clothes and items for a very reasonable price. The returns are usually easy, sometimes I am not sure entirely about their return policy. food and I think beauty items you can't return. The workers are mostly friendly. I just had one woman at the cash be slightly weird with me but it's fine. They are very busy on Saturday. Overall it's nice to have this shop since they are very versatile in selections and categories.”

“They still have good stuff but there are not as many special finds as 3 or 4 years ago. They have moved away from strictly outdoor and now sell far more "regular" clothes. It more like a Marshall's rather than the clearance rack at REI.”

Department stores are overwhelming and saturated- But Cosmos has a beautifully selected collection so you do not need to search for hours to find what you need. “Here's the thing, Macy's is a good department store, it's management the problem, there are some managers that are not even equipped to be managers, some of them are sitting in the office all day, while others actually do their job, some departments in the store are really messy, especially the area where they have the Mens Jackets and Macy's Backstage, so, it's just way too many managers, get this corrected please thanks..”

“Love this store! They have a lot of great selections that a well made, at very reasonable prices. Their loyalist rewards program is good too. A few things I didn't like are that they close so early on weekdays, 8pm is very odd. Especially since they open at 11am. And 10-9pm on weekends. Also didn't like that the fitting room is shared by men and women. Was awkward and uncomfortable.The cashiers are also very nice, but one was super rude and lazy. Kept telling everyone else to do her job for her and she wasn't even a manager. But I'll definitely be coming back to check out more of their stuff. Have already been there twice and planning my next trip there haha.”

“Solene offers the most beautiful, unique creations. It is a pleasure to visit the store and see the artistry--hats are being made on site! The owner is warm and eager to provide personalized guidance. I always spend a substantial amount of time trying on the hats and am never rushed. I have benefited from honest feedback and personal adjustments (swapping out a headband for an elastic strap, for example). In my experience, the hats hold up well over the years. Apart from the high end hats, there are many accessories, gift items, and little treats (dress socks for girls, bows, headbands, lip gloss, Nest fragrances). I love to shop here when I visit NJ.”

“I was really happy with my visit on July 4th. I knew the lines would be shorter as people were out celebrating the meaningless pagan holiday of a nation that daily looks for ways to remove freedoms. Anyways, I really enjoyed all of the decent prices, the selection of merchandise, the size of the store, and the clean bathrooms.The manager, the cashier, and the store associates were so helpful. I found some really cute merchandise for my apartment at really great prices. I do not have my TJX credit card in my possession. However, the cashier was more than knowledgeable about helping me make my purchase without it. I highly recommend this location. It employs a lot of minorities in a highly minority neighborhood. The merchandise is really high end as thought it would be found in an affluent neighborhood.”

“The Macy’s at Cross County Mall in Yonkers, NY is probably one of the largest and busiest stores! I love their shoe department, they have a wide selection to choose from.I do go there quite often, but I was there a few weeks before Christmas and I was still able to get help from the saleswoman.She found my size and in fact I bought two pair of Franco Sarto boots, one black and one brown.The line was very long, but they moved extremely quickly.I wish I could remember the sales woman’s name, it was a Saturday and I want to say it was about three weeks before Christmas. She was extremely helpful. !”
