“This is one of the best Verizon Stores in NJ. I drive over an hour just to get serviced by Mr.Christopher. He is an elite employee. The customer service I receive here is worth the gas and more! Things are explained to me and solutions are found. I have been on a Verizon plan my whole life. I’m pretty sure I’ve seen majority of the challenges a family can experience with a phone service over the years. 13 years to be approximate. I’m so happy to have remained with a company that hired a person like Mr.Christopher. Definitely the environment embodies a safe place for all, whether you are a tech savvy person or a “detached upgrader”. This store has supplied me with the best service of a lifetime.”

“Alex is a life-saver: extremely knowledgeable, friendly, patient, and transparent while helping me switch from my former mobile carrier to Verizon, plus upgrade to a new phone and watch. Took longer than expected due to internal reasons outside of his reach but always kept me updated at each step along the way and worked overtime to help -- can't over-emphasize how much I appreciate it, the man deserves a raise! lol”
