“I had an absolutely amazing customer service experience thanks to Cindy. My phone service wasn’t working with another provider, and I was completely stuck without access to maps. I just happened to pass by the store while driving and hoped someone there might be able to help.
Cindy went above and beyond. She took the time to patiently help me figure out how to download a map on my phone so I could navigate without service. She was incredibly kind and knowledgeable. Without her, I truly would not have been able to get home.
