“We made a reservation online for same day move in. We arrived at the Bound Brook location about 45 minutes after making the reservation. We had been emailed an access code with all of the information needed to move in but upon arrival our code did not work. We spoke to Kimora in the front office who was wonderful. She assisted us with the closest point of entry to our unit from the parking lot and provided us with a welcome kit ready for us in our unit. She took the time to answer my questions and assured me that our code issue would be resolved as soon as possible. Shortly after leaving I received a text message from her letting us know the problem had been corrected. Kimora was a pleasure to work with. She was so helpful and friendly. We really appreciated her time and kindness on a stressful day.”
“Andrew, the storage facility manager, is excellent in his care of potential customers and the onboarding process when you lease a unit. He leaves no stone unturned explaining the details of the lease, the protocols and expectations, and how to manage your own experience when leasing a storage unit.It is a relief and breath of fresh air to have this high standard, friendly, customer centric level of customer service from a business. The property is clean and the units are well kept.”
“Our first time using PODS and we had a great positive experience. The PODS concept is excellent and a perfect option for our needs. We were able to pack glass, mirrors and other large, heavy and fragile items in PODS (on the driveway) properly without any issues. Without the PODS, it would required much more manpower, time and costly to move and remove from the storage warehouse.”
“Good for what I needed and my friend. Plenty of room and sizes to choose from. The reason no one is there sometimes to answer the phone is because she is cleaning the mess sometimes left behind by people renting. I stopped to asked her although she answered everytime I called. She is very nice and her name is Carmen if I am spelling it correctly.”
“Scott was great to work with. He was very helpful, knowledgeable and flexible with my family's moving needs. I rented two moving trucks (20ft and 15ft). The trucks were clean and seems to be maintained. I did not have any issues with the equipment at all. I will recommend him to my family and friends.”
