“I had a busted transmission and had to get my car towed to the nearest servicer, unfortunately arrived after the service center here was closed.
In particular I would like to call out the tremendous service I received from Vanessa Robinson. Even though they had closed up for the day, she took time to help me put the vehicle into their system to assure that it would be promptly looked at once the service center was back open.
She was kind and thoughtful, heard out the issues with my vehicle, and made to sure to let me know what to expect for next steps. It seriously caught me by surprise how accommodating she was through the entire ordeal.

Woody, the service department manager(?) deserves the biggest shout out. It was a very busy day compounded by significant roadwork surrounding the dealership, which I’m sure was adding to wait times. However, I could tell everyone was doing their best to move things along and all staff were frequently checking on waiting customers.
