While waiting for my car parts to come in I had spoke to Yvonne she was very helpful and efficient. One week later I now have new door handle, I was able to sit and wait while the repair was being done. “Got a Duralast battery here in September 2022 that was going bad. Called the store to confirm I was under warranty. When I went there, the lady at the counter helped me with getting the replacement but I needed assistance replacing the battery in my car.Thankfully, Joseph was able to assist me at the time I went...on a cold, windy, dark evening. He was kind and took his time carefully replacing my battery despite the challenges of rusty screws not holding down the clamp...doing this all while it's bitter cold out!That didn't stop him from helping me, he continued to find a solution that worked in getting the clamp to hold my battery in place which he was able to do. His service is greatly appreciated and hope his manager, district manager, whomever to give him proper recognition for his efforts!”
