He is so friendly, kind and most importantly knows his stuff. Hani listened to us and our needs and took us around the store to show us what the options are. He even took the extra step to set with us and talk to us about payment options so that we can still get the best deal and best quality without feeling the pressure to spend a lot of money all at once. Highly recommend dealing with Hani when you're in the store. So shout out to John for helping me correct my paint error, anti-microbial and scuff proof for the girlies who like being able to take a shower from the depth of the underworld and then give their walls a good scrub after (impossible that it's just me, okay.) For helping me with instructions for my wall patches, and how to actually permanently paint ikea and laminate furniture. While I didn't get everyone's name, they were all pretty helpful :) And I had a good experience. Will update next round :)”

“We purchased our new refrigerator from Reno's based upon service and reputation and we are glad we did. We purchased a high end Kitchen-Aid unit and it did not cool the fridge from day 1. Reno's worked with me and replaced it with another Kitchen-Aid unit that stopped working after only a few weeks! They then worked with me again and replaced it with an LG that seems to work well.So be sure to buy from a reputable dealer and don't be afraid to buy one of the Korean brands!”

I sign up on the website left a note where to leave the tank ... thats a major plus. ... the guy arrived really nice (bobby) .. he also pitch that they rent grills and other needs .. my neighbors seen the truck . They asked...they deliver. I said yes .. gave them the number . It seems like people want to grill but don't have time or don't have a car at the time to go get their tank refilled.. this was a major major plus for some of my neighbors. Tank looks nice and good ..”

“During the pandemic it's been hard on all of us. If you're looking for am appliance you are truly at the mercy of some of the worst customer service high cost and delayed deliveries in New York. When my fridge stopped working I called around. The best I could get was high prices, 1 hour waits on the phone and "maybe it'll be there in February". I found shulem Feldman at S&W by calling all around. He answered calls and dealt with my questions. He was sympathetic to the problems I faced. 2 weeks later my fridge was there undamaged and working. Mind you it wasn't cheap but the other retailers were sketchy and incommunicado you'll do well with S&W. Ask for Shulem.”
