“I can’t say enough about the excellent customer service. I walked into the store on 5th Ave and was greeted by Janique who asked if she could help. I came prepared with warranty and broken part. Even before I took the part of the plastic bag, Janique had identified the vacuum it came from. Wow! She walked me to the back of the store and asked me to wait as she spoke to her manager, Jon. The next thing I knew she was coming toward me with the replacement part in hand…all this in 10 minutes!!!! I told Janique I would write a review on google. I just got home…but first…I vacuumed around the apt (whew! That feel good!)…and then I wrote this review. Deep gratitude to Janique, Jon, and Dyson!!!”

“I had what I thot was a simple fix to a goose-neck lamp that wasn’t working & I took it to Tribeca Paints for a part.
I was wrong, the fix was more involved than I had thought and Randy took care of me -spent almost 45 minutes and even a little bit after closing time! All he kept saying was “no problem, I’m gonna get you up & running…”
which he did!

“Great placeEverything you need to do your diy job My issue is with Dewalt hammer drill I purchased the drill March 5 of 2022 I used it once to make a hole in Cinderblock I finished the hole and placed it in my container with other tools because I have other standard drills that I use!!I tried it again a year later and it would not work I notified Dewalt and without blinking the woman said I'd have to pay to get it fixed I explained it was used it once I explained If when they open it they find that the damage was my fault then I would pay for it but if it's a defect they should repair it free of charge!I'm still waiting Respectfully Tony Sanchez [email protected]”
“Great place... We remodeled our kitchen and we went to maybe 5 or so other appliance stores that were irksome for a variety of reasons. Here we got straightforward advice and opinions on what models and brands to choose, what would be worthwhile spending extra on and what wouldn't be. It was so nice working with salespeople who actually know the options well, will listen to what you want/need, and give their honest opinions.”

“One of the best places to get appliances. My refrigerator broke 3 weeks ago. I went to Home Depot to check the refrigerator options they had in the store, and found a perfect one, the Haier 14.5 cu, but it is backordered for August 28th. I scoured the internet for the same model, and got no luck. But then my uncle called this store and they said that they have this exact refrigerator. I went to the store to check it out and they definitely had it. My interaction with Kevin went well, he may seem a little bit rude and grumpy at first, but he is a sweetheart. Just gotta treat people the same way you would like them to treat you.
I GOT THE BEST PRICE for the refrigerator and the delivery fee is included in the purchase - I can't be more than happy. I would definitely come back!”

“Had a great online return experience here. Got an open box, asked why I'm returning, explained, and return completed! Made me feel more comfortable buying with Best Buy in the future.
In contrast, the Union Square Best Buy was terrible, making up rules literally in real time to scam you. So was much nicer here that they are treating customers as people instead of a sucker.”
