“I can’t say enough about the excellent customer service. I walked into the store on 5th Ave and was greeted by Janique who asked if she could help. I came prepared with warranty and broken part. Even before I took the part of the plastic bag, Janique had identified the vacuum it came from. Wow! She walked me to the back of the store and asked me to wait as she spoke to her manager, Jon. I walked into Ferguson’s Midtown showroom and asked to speak with a representative. By some fortunate coincidence, Janam was available. My husband and I were undertaking an extensive renovation of our Manhattan apartment and, without a designer, needed considerable guidance on plumbing fixtures, faucets, vanities, mirrors, and more. Janam was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process; our renovation lasted for over a year.
He is exceptionally bright, efficient, organized, knowledgeable, hardworking, and genuinely pleasant to work with. What makes him particularly stand out is his responsiveness and willingness to help. If something needed to be changed, he handled it promptly and without fuss. Even while on vacation several time zones away, he remained available and attentive to our needs.
Janam is meticulous, flexible, and remarkably adaptable. Although he is clearly a very busy salesperson, he never failed to return our calls – usually within minutes or hours, and always in less than 24 hours. He has all the qualities one could hope for in a salesperson: intelligence, integrity, organization, strong work ethic, attention to detail, sound judgment, and a sincere commitment to his clients.
I would highly recommend Janam to anyone looking to purchase from Ferguson, and equally to any future employer considering him. “I had what I thot was a simple fix to a goose-neck lamp that wasn’t working & I took it to Tribeca Paints for a part.
I was wrong, the fix was more involved than I had thought and Randy took care of me -spent almost 45 minutes and even a little bit after closing time! All he kept saying was “no problem, I’m gonna get you up & running…”
which he did!

“One of the best places to get appliances. My refrigerator broke 3 weeks ago. I went to Home Depot to check the refrigerator options they had in the store, and found a perfect one, the Haier 14.5 cu, but it is backordered for August 28th. I scoured the internet for the same model, and got no luck. But then my uncle called this store and they said that they have this exact refrigerator. I went to the store to check it out and they definitely had it. My interaction with Kevin went well, he may seem a little bit rude and grumpy at first, but he is a sweetheart. Just gotta treat people the same way you would like them to treat you.
I GOT THE BEST PRICE for the refrigerator and the delivery fee is included in the purchase - I can't be more than happy. I would definitely come back!”
“I am writing again to praise Maryse in the painting department at your Home Depot 23rd West store. I came on Friday with a complicated project and a lot of questions about primers, finishes, and brushes. Maryse went above and beyond to help me. They explained exactly what products would work best for my walls, mixed my paint quickly, and made sure I didn't forget any essential supplies. Their expert advice gave me the confidence to start my project. Employees like Maryse are the reason I keep coming back to Home Depot! She is awesome !”
“I was visiting NYC during new year to see my son who is a university student here. He and his friends wanted Chinese hot pot very badly on the New Year's Eve. I walked a few shops and finally was able to see something close to work as substitute as a hot pot and bought it. The shopping lady there was very nice helping checking and wrapped up for ease of carry as I was walking back to the hotel. Later in the evening however we were able to find a real hot pot and had to return the one bought at Home Depot after our one week vacation out of town. The whole process was very satisfying, even when I happened to lose the receipt on the way. The lady at customer service quickly worked out with my credit card. Went back today again to buy an electric screwdriver. The guy there was about to tell the exact number of isle where I was able to find the item with the help of the shopping assistant. Everyone working there seemed to be so well trained and familiar with the business and it felt as though they had always worked there and for many years.My first experience shopping and so positively impressed by the service.”

That 61st & 1st Ave. Home Depot has a Staff and supervision knowledgeable and Very Helpful. Sadly short term parking and pickup I am unaware of.”
“Great placeEverything you need to do your diy job My issue is with Dewalt hammer drill I purchased the drill March 5 of 2022 I used it once to make a hole in Cinderblock I finished the hole and placed it in my container with other tools because I have other standard drills that I use!!I tried it again a year later and it would not work I notified Dewalt and without blinking the woman said I'd have to pay to get it fixed I explained it was used it once I explained If when they open it they find that the damage was my fault then I would pay for it but if it's a defect they should repair it free of charge!I'm still waiting Respectfully Tony Sanchez [email protected]”
