“While I did not end up buying anything, an employee by the name of Vanessa did a wonderful job helping me scope out a TV that I want to get for the holidays. The customer service was phenomenal she made feel comfortable and knew the product well so that she was able to help me. Definitely intend on coming back for the TV I want and I’m hoping the staff that was there is just like her.”

I often find myself just wandering the aisles looking up and down in order to both familiarize myself with the incredible assortment and also find that perfect odd product that I really didn’t know I needed! “Milton is the consummate professional. He knew his exact inventory, delivery timetables, knew what I wanted, how to get it done with speed and knowhow. There are so many box stores these days, so it's refreshing to find a kind person who knows his stuff, is not too pushy, and really able to help. His knowledge of specs of older high end custom appliances (and what they can be replaced by) is what led me to come all the way out to this store and do business with him, and will lead be back to do more. Highly recommended!!!”

“Gringer & Sons was very helpful during the pandemic. As reported in the news, there were severe supply chain shortages & labor shortages as well. Certain appliances were particularly difficult to acquire. My kitchen was unusable, so I didn't really have a choice. The renovatI needed a dishwasher, they were out of stock everywhere; the salesman at Gringer arranged to sell me a floor model, at a nice discount. Delivery was smooth, the unit was installed and works perfectly. Looks really nice too - it's Miele brand so it looks expensive, even though I received a great discount. The salesperson (who unfortunately has retired) was great too, good sense of humor and clear communication. Highly recommend!”

“This PC Richard location has been here for a while. It is two levels and is spacious. Sells everything from TVs to coffee makers, headphones and beyond. Usually the help there is pretty good at helping you pick out or find what you came here looking for. I have purchased tvs from here and other things. Recently it has not been crowded here, which means not having to wait on any lines.”

He even reached out to his team for some recommendations/solutions, and responded on the following day. The cashier was also awesome, he noticed that I was looking for Frankie while checking out another customer and notified Frankie to assist me. I was looking for a faucet adaptor that's no more than a few bucks, and Frankie/his team demonstrated great customer service professionalism in compared with several other plumbing stores which just responded "we don't carry this type of adapters."”

“If you're used to big box stores Audio Video Center might not look like much. Rather small space, crammed with every kind of appliance or TV / Audio equipment imaginable.Remember that you can always talk to people working there and check if they can order models they do not have in stock at the moment. They are also dealers for full range of Paradigm speakers and Anthem audio components.Besides that they always have some separate audio equipment that you can demo anytime (tube + solid state amps for example).Price wise I've found that most stuff is a bit under MSRP, but the best thing is you can always talk the price down a bit.But I think the best thing about this store is that they deliver within the city (last time it was a flat rate of $25, plus they got the merchandise into my apartment and inspected it for any possible damage)”

“I was visiting NYC during new year to see my son who is a university student here. He and his friends wanted Chinese hot pot very badly on the New Year's Eve. I walked a few shops and finally was able to see something close to work as substitute as a hot pot and bought it. The shopping lady there was very nice helping checking and wrapped up for ease of carry as I was walking back to the hotel. Later in the evening however we were able to find a real hot pot and had to return the one bought at Home Depot after our one week vacation out of town. The whole process was very satisfying, even when I happened to lose the receipt on the way. The lady at customer service quickly worked out with my credit card. Went back today again to buy an electric screwdriver. The guy there was about to tell the exact number of isle where I was able to find the item with the help of the shopping assistant. Everyone working there seemed to be so well trained and familiar with the business and it felt as though they had always worked there and for many years.My first experience shopping and so positively impressed by the service.”

“Great placeEverything you need to do your diy job My issue is with Dewalt hammer drill I purchased the drill March 5 of 2022 I used it once to make a hole in Cinderblock I finished the hole and placed it in my container with other tools because I have other standard drills that I use!!I tried it again a year later and it would not work I notified Dewalt and without blinking the woman said I'd have to pay to get it fixed I explained it was used it once I explained If when they open it they find that the damage was my fault then I would pay for it but if it's a defect they should repair it free of charge!I'm still waiting Respectfully Tony Sanchez [email protected]”
