“Wanna give a huge shoutout to Omar! From the moment I walked in, he was so helpful and knowledgeable on all of the different types of coats (But specifically the vests which I was looking for). He explained the differences and allowed me to try a bunch of them on to see how they fit. Even though the specific material/style of vest I wanted is no longer made, Omar immediately got on the phone with another store all the way in California and was able to find one for me in the exact color and size and ship it here. Allison was incredible to work with — so patient, creative, and talented while helping us design all of our shoes exactly how we wanted them. The staff was soo sweet with my kids even played with them While I was busy designing, they made us all feel so comfortable. Customer service like that is rare these days. We left with beautiful custom sneakers and such a great memory. Highly recommend!”
