“I had the greatest experience and wanted to share because this is a company I never would have thought to use. My dad had shoulder surgery and needed to sleep in a recliner for 4-6 weeks. I called Rent A Center in Spring Valley. THEY WERE AMAZING! The very next day, a big cushy brand new recliner showed up. We soon realized that my dad will need one of the power lift ones so I called them and they are replacing it with one of those ASAP . In fact originally they thought they didn't have a power recliner in stock so they were going to refund me completely and come get it! All in all, it's costing us about $100 to rent the recliner for a month. And if he likes it, we'll buy it. Elizabeth went ABOVE AND BEYOND!! Thank you!”

“Needed our Iphone batteries changed in 3/2019 and had it done in Nanuet, NY and it was a great experience. Picked a different location for this battery change.Made appointment on line for 11/27. Showed up, checked in and then passed to next employee. The employee we had most dealings with was Jamie and he was very cheerful and pleasant. He did mention a phone upgrade but was not pushy. We went through all the diagnostics and signed all the waivers. Went off for a few hours and met with three more people before getting our phones and paying. The store has a very dynamic vibe and was very busy at 10:10 a.m. and 2:30 p.m. Highly recommend going to Apple Store for any needs. I could have gone to a closer Best Buy but after calling and getting a foreign sounding woman that just wanted my phone number and then email address and thought there was no way I would trust my phone with anyone but Apple Store.”
