Here is what happened to me at end of year 2020: I had a crucial bundle of documents to mail to along with a self-expense mail, I felt anxious before visiting the store, the lady who showed up at 8 AM on time helped me patiently through the end, she is professional and informative, step by step walked me through, and today I received my mail back with renewed document! “Peggy was really great; I had an appointment for my five year old daughter's renewal of passport and she helped us in a jiffy. She was clear, friendly, speedy, and efficient; she took one good picture, we signed papers, she made copies, and we were out within 10 minutes. And TJ Kim was in the office at the time and was friendly, kind and tolerant of my happy children as we waited. I would give 10 stars.”

We tried using the global express for 3 times it didn’t work out so eventually chose priority mail express. He handled the package pretty neatly and gave me two customer forms that I can fill at home if I wanna ship international package again.Two other representatives are efficient and friendly too. It’s good to see a post office operating in full capacity during holiday season.”

Staff are quite slow but USPS’s feel understaffed everywhere.Some post offices don’t have drop off boxes so I come to this location to which has plenty of options to send your packages.Bear in mind, post offices are overclocked during the holidays.”

“The women who work here are the kindest and most patient employees I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with at a post office. I will never use my local post offices again because this was by far the best experience I’ve ever had. They helped me use up old postage I ordered incorrectly so I could mail several packages without wasting it or buying new stamps. They were patient and kind and pleasant with everyone. We had a lovely conversation while they helped me and I honestly can’t say enough nice things. Best post office in the COUNTY!!! In general she was super rude, and I was nothing but polite? If it had been busy I might have understood the frustration, but it wasn't and she didn't even try to help get my documents correct.”

“This was my third post office attempt today as the first two were closed (all before noon). This was open and Yvette was amazing! She was super friendly, helpful, and patient. Probably the best interaction I've had at a post office in years.They are closed from 1-3 pm but it was much easier to find that information on Google Maps.
