It obviously deserves more. me and my mom have been living there for 2 years and its been a wonderful experience. whenever you need a fix in your apartment you can call Ted and he immediately schedules a time to see you. He never fails to do so. my mom and i had some complications like clogged tub and things needed to be fixed but he ALWAYS fixed them. we were very comfortable and if he had a bigger apartment we wouldve moved back. you can count on ted to help you with any problems you have. regarding neighbors they are very friendly and they dont mind a little noise. never any problems at our apartment and overall a very nice experience !”
