“Our tour representative, Tamar, was absolutely wonderful! She had such spectacular energy and made the entire experience enjoyable. “We love living here! And in addition to the amenities which are fantastic what really makes it special is the staff. They are amazing!! Shekinah in the leasing office and Michael. His name is escaping me but we also have the best security/front desk staff who knows residents by name and he is always so kind! Management is always responsive and repairs are timely, repair men are friendly and helpful. Plus the events! My favorite has been the paint and sip with Tiffany. We had a great time! Hope to continue seeing those! They have workout classes every week, yoga on the roof, chess. This was our first apartment after college, and it’s been a great experience :) Thank you Estela and team and to anyone considering highly recommend!!”

He is always willing to try and find a way to get things done, rather than saying, “it can’t be done.” His positive attitude, persistence, and helpfulness make such a difference. It is essential and a pleasure for all the residents to have a maintenance team member, such as Andy, who is skillful, takes pride in solving problems and follows through until the job is satisfactorily completed.
Any employer would be lucky to have a worker with this kind of attitude and dedication.

“Recently moved a few weeks ago to Village on the Green. ABSOLUTELY love it here! Apartment was move in ready, clean & completely updated. Having only lived here approx. 2 wks, I am very impressed with the constant upkeep whether its repairs, landscaping, cleaning walkways & entry ways ( inside & out). The other morning when i opened my door, there was someone cleaning cobwebs & vacuuming the entryway!! Very happy w my decision to move to VOG , beautiful community, pet friendly, nice people! Cant thank Anna enough for all her help, kindness & professionalism!!!! She is the BEST!”
“We truly loved living at the Highlands in Westwood. Our two bedroom apartment was spacious and the veranda overlooked the pool. It was a beautiful view. The staff is wonderful, maintenance was always handled quickly and with a smile. The amenities are second to none and the landscaping is impeccable. The common areas were all recently updated including the doors to each building, paint and carpeting. We will miss being a part of this beautiful community where you can tell the owners care. Our neighbors were also wonderful! Thank you for everything!”

“I had a wonderful three-year stay at Coventry Square, and I can’t recommend it enough. The location is incredibly convenient — everything you need is just a short trip away, which made day-to-day living so much easier.
The administration team is also exceptional. Kim, in particular, was always so accommodating and helpful with any request we had. One thing that truly stood out was how quickly they responded to maintenance issues. When we had a problem with the air conditioning, they checked it right away, and when it couldn’t be fixed, they replaced it the very next day. That level of prompt, thoughtful service made a huge difference in our experience.
Overall, Coventry Square provided comfort, convenience, and excellent support throughout our entire stay. Highly recommended!”
“This Related building is a fantastic place to live in the Upper East Side near Central Park. The doormen and staff are excellent and all amenities are exactly as promised. Plus, all apartments have a washer and dryer in the unit! Love this place!”
“Renewing our lease with Metro Meridia for the 3rd year. So far we have enjoyed living here. Maintenance requests have been attended to and issues get fixed right away.
The only drawback we have is our apartment is above the gym, and tenants who workout are sometimes not mindful with the loud sound created when weights are dropped on the floor. It keeps us awake late at night or awakens us too early in the morning.
Some tenants do not clean after their pets that urine and feces are left at the stairwell, and left for the cleaning staff to clean.
Overall, our experience with the MetroMeridia has been great, despite the very slow elevators. Communications to tenants have been timely.”

What more could you ask for?! 2 bedrooms. HUGE primary bedroom with 2 walk in closets. 2 bathrooms PLUS a powder room. Large living room area with space for a desk and sectional couch. A dedicated dining room. Modern kitchen appliances. In unit washer/dryer. Not to mention a 5-10 minute walk to the train station and beautiful downtown Rutherford. Also Bus stops within 5 minute walk to NYC, Ridgewood, Newark, and Hackensack. 5 minute walk to local strip mall with grocery, restaurants, and shopping. All at a reasonable price.”
“Jerry and his team run a very tight ship. I have worked with them on several projects, and they are always very professional. You can tell that they really care about their customers and their business as a whole. I would recommend them to anyone looking to rent/lease an apartment or commercial space because you will be treated like family and have a landlord that you can trust to have your best interest.”
“When I needed a new light bulb for my surface light underneath the microwave they were out of bulbs but assured me that they would order them right away and I'd have it within 2 days. Voila 2 days it was installed. So now I have no excuse for not making a good meal because I can't see ?”

“The property is beautifully maintained year-round by resident Manager, Carlos. Snow removal is excellent; pathways are cleaned so you can walk from your door to retrieve mail or dispose of trash.Repairs are addressed quickly and efficiently by Manager. He will keep you informed if a part needs to be ordered and follow-up till request is completed.I've been a resident since 2015 and happy to call Mayflower home.”
“My family has had 3 wonderful years in Towne Center where we also work from
home. The front desk staff and sales office are welcoming, friendly and patient with kids, maintenance requests are tended to and resolved in timely manners, common areas are kept spotless, and the playroom has been a space my kids use multiple times a week. We’ve made great friendships in the building that will continue after we move to a house, and it truly feels like commune living, in the best way. Highly recommend to anyone looking for spacious, well-maintained apartments with easy proximity to NYC public transportation.”

“This is our first apartment and it is absolutely perfect for us here. The laundry room is so close, with updated washers and dryers that use a laundry card system rather than coins. There is a built in air conditioning unit in the living room that works very well. We are lucky enough to be on the first floor, which means we get a nice big walk in closet that has been insanely helpful for storage. We love it <3”
