“Let me start by saying—this has to be the best Extra Space Storage in NYC, maybe even the best storage facility in the city, period. The facility is spotless. I didn’t see a single rat dropping, no roach, nothing—and for me, that’s incredibly important. Cleanliness is clearly a priority here, and it shows. The entire place is extremely well maintained, even the bathroom, which is rare when it comes to storage facilities. When I arrived to store my belongings, I realized I had overlooked an important detail: my items needed to be kept in a climate-controlled environment, and unfortunately, this location doesn’t offer that. I had a bit of a meltdown—but Justin, the store manager, was incredibly kind and accommodating. He listened to my concerns (and frustration with myself), reassured me that we’d find a solution—and we did. Moving is stressful enough, so I deeply appreciated the time and attention both Justin and Asia gave me. They went out of their way to make sure I felt comfortable and supported during the process.I've stored at several places before, and this one stands out because the staff genuinely care about what they do. The level of customer service here is exceptional. I sincerely hope upper management and corporate take notice—Justin and Asia deserve recognition for the superb job they’re doing. PS - See attached pics of the unit I chose. My unit was a 10 x 10…. Bigger than I needed”

“After some shopping around, this was probably the cleanest storage facility I’ve ever seen. I had the pleasure of getting helped out by Dave. He was very kind and happily answered all my questions, even gave me a small tour to see what unit may work best for what I need. If the cleanliness wasn’t enough to sell me, the caring staff certainly was. Makes the moving process a little easier, 10/10”

“Storege places very nice people never had a problem . Workers there are very helpful to us as old people and caring for your stuff and containers. I appreciate them a lot. I wish more. Storege will be like them. They do the best they can that you always clean. The floors are always nice and shiny. You could go to every locker everywhere and everything is nice and clean Now as you know the other people who take advantage of them, but they always maintain their call and let them know the policy. I have my Storege for my mother there and I am very happy. They remind me if I forget they work with me if I’m going to problems but they always there for me and this is what I like About their storage . We need more people like them. It’s been quite a while. I’ve been with them and I’m very happy. Personally, I’m not related to them. I do not know them but the vibes they have a very positive towards myself and my mom.
