“Very kind and helpful group of guys here. Went above and beyond what I was expecting and got me 4 new tires for relatively cheap. Even popped one of my tires which was still good onto my spare which I wasn't expecting, but was very welcome. Definitely recommend.”

“I have never had a problem where with customer service or support. Any associate I interact with is always ready and willing to help me .. with a smile! I don't see this in a lot of retail stores today as people don't seem to want to work or do their job anymore and good customer service seems to be a lost art. But I find the associates here to be very helpful and they make me feel like a valued customer. Most recently, the gentlemen in the Tech department assisted me professionally and courteously.”
“This is really for BJ’s in general. I like BJ’s and Costco, however at BJ’s they have express pay in the app and I don’t have to remove anything from the cart, go to any checkout lines, and if there’s a coupon for an item I scan it tells me to clip it right there. In and out with a cart of stuff in 15-20. They still check the receipt but I get that. Wish other stores started doing this too.”
